The best location in Orange Beach! Unit is located on the beach next door to the Perdido Beach Resort and across the street from Sanroc Cay marina (easy walking distance). The marina features fishing charters, upscale shopping, four restaurants including Lousiana Langniappe, Cafe Grazie, Reds Seafood Restaurant & Deli/Bakery), jet ski rentals and parasailing. Only 3 miles from Florida state line down coast highway. Also close to many other marina's, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping opportunities. Summer Breeze is located close to Perdido Pass which offers fishing under the bridge, along the seawall and jetties. Across from Perdido Pass is a 100 acre state park preserve offering solitude, picnicking, beach walking, shelling and fishing.
The unit is tastefully decorated, bright and comfortable with the amenities you want, all at an affordable price! Summer Breeze is a small complex consisting of 21 units over 3 floors. This unit is located on the ground floor directly across from the swimming pool. You can unload your car 30 feet from the front door. This complex is gated from both the street and beach.
The unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath and separate entrance to the patio. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds with bathroom just outside door. The condo is electrically heated and air conditioned. Condo has TV's in each bedroom and in living area, all with cable. Unit has full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and range. Every effort has been made to fully stock kitchen with dining and cooking necessities. Unit has large laundry room with washer and dryer. Unit has ceramic tile floors throughout common areas of condo. Bedrooms are carpeted. unit is almost 1000 sq. ft. Bright colors in common area remind you that you are on vacation at the beach! Back doors open to patio and landscaped backyard with limited beach view. Patio is furnished with outdoor furniture. Complex offers gas grills for cookouts just a few steps from unit. Complex provides a private boardwalk to beach.

Why the Owner Chose Summer Breeze
Our property is in a prime location in Orange Beach. Because our complex is small, the crowds are kept to a minimum. Being on the ground floor of the complex is also a plus. There is no waiting on elevators or looking for a luggage cart.
