The ideal choice for two people, this wonderful little 18 m, 2 studio apartment is located in the 4th district of Paris (Le Marais/Hôtel-de-Ville) with all facilities nearby: public transport, banks, cafés, restaurants, gym clubs, churches, bakers etc.
This apartment is right in the centre of Paris, within one minute’s walk from the Beaubourg Centre and the Town Hall, less than 10 minutes away on foot from the Halles and the National Archives; the apartment is also less than a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral of Notre Dame, the Sainte Chapelle and the Latin Quarter.
This well laid out studio apartment is on the third floor of a traditional Parisian building in the Marais district and is only accessible by stairs.

The Kitchen is equipped with a two-ring hob, a multi-function microwave oven (grill fan heat), a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, an electric coffee-maker, a cupboard and storage units. The dishwasher and the washing machine are extras that you will undoubtedly appreciate.
The bathroom has a large shower, a hand wash basin and a WC.
The Living room – Bedroom area is furnished with a half-moon table and two very comfortable armchairs, a flat screen TV with French cables and features international channels.
The telephone answering machine means that you can be contacted 24/24 and your international telephone calls are free and unlimited from France to North America if you take out the Internet option (4 €/Day).
You will like the very comfortable, new 160 cm X 190 cm double bed.
The apartment is equipped with household linen, saucepans and utensils. In addition, there is also a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
A once weekly cleaning service is also included. The price is inclusive of taxes and charges.

I stayed in this apartment in October 2009 (sorry this has taken me so long!) and loved it. Cute little apartment, very small but nicely decorated and the bathroom was very nice. The location is awesome, in the heart of the beautiful Marais, very short walk to Hotel de Ville, Notre Dame, and metro stations. Wine and cookies on arrival, and the apartment was very clean. Highly recommended.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.
