Spacious 5BR/3BA one level home with walkout covered patio to allow relaxation while enjoying the large open views of Lake Hartwell!! Great for Large Families and Group Get Togethers. Level drive way for cars leading to the extra wide covered composite dock (with boat tie up on two sides). Great for families with children and easily handicap accessible. Life jackets are available for your use. Plenty of seating on patio and gas grill for cooking out on. Kitchen is fully equipped!
All bed linens and towels are provided for convenience!
House consists of one big screen TV and TV'S in 4 of the bedrooms. Kitchen table seats up to 20 but is set up for 12. Two baths with walk in showers (also handicap accessible) and 1 bath with tub/shower.
Currently accepting checks,money orders and cash. All checks must clear before house is to be occupied. Credit Cards accepted at booking with RH Properties plus 1.75% Fee.
Lake Hartwell is run by the Army Corp. of Engineers - Water Levels change due to rain and drought conditions. We cannot be held responsible for the water levels or dock access.

WOW... Like a resort that is right near Clemson..Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
