Year Purchased: 2006
My husband and I own 2 condos in Wildwood Crest, and I help good friends of ours rent their beach-block townhouse located across the street from our condos. I am not a realtor, but a stay-at-home mom. As such, I really care about our guests, and I and I try my best to make our guests comfortable and pleased with our beach property, and happy with their overall experience. I make myself available for our guests from the time of the initial inquiry through the end of their stay. Our rates are adjusted within the season to allow families of varying budgets have the opportunity to enjoy an affordable vacation property. I know we offer more amenties than most. I enjoy working with families and making summer memories. We have many repeat guests from year to year. Thank you for your interest!
