Surf Side Six - 4 Story Villa with Gulf View Tower - Panhandle Panama City Beach Area Vacation Rentals SURF SIDE SIX AT CASA DEL MAR - This four story beach villa features a private elevator and a tower with a panoramic view of the gulf, which is located just across a 2 lane road. Three decks overlook the pool. Built in 2005, this 2000 square foot 4 story villa offers a two car garage and private elevator from the first floor entry up to the two second floor queen master suites (each with private bath), and on up to the third floor kitchen and living / dining area. A first floor twin bedroom with private bath, a third floor set of bunks and queen sleeper sofa and a fourth floor inflatable double bed round out the sleeping accommodations. The gleaming white kitchen features Brazilian black granite countertops and a large island; there is a half bath off the kitchen along with a balcony. The retro furnishings and decorations are reminiscent of beach days gone by and give a touch of whimsy to the space. View spectacular sunsets from the tower, walk across the street to the beach, ride bikes around the community, shop for groceries at the nearby Publix (1/2 mile away), and dine and shop at Pier Park, the areas new lifestyle destination center featuring many stores, restaurants and a 16 screen theater, located about 15 minutes away. Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and Ron Jon Surf Shop are located there, along with Target, Dillards, Starbucks and many unique shops and restaurants. The famous beach communities of 30 A are a short scenic drive away. There is also an 18 mile walking and bike path that leads past Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, Seagrove, WaterColor, WaterSound, Seaside and Grayton Beach. Nearby Carillon Beach offers restaurants and shops in an old-fashioned beach community with white picket fences and bike-riding. There are weekly free concerts on the lawn in the summer and they often host events such as antique shows. It's fun to stroll around the community and check out the fabulous beach houses. Surf Side Six is located a short drive from Frank Brown Park, site of baseball and softball tournaments. This is the perfect house for lots of kids.
