Enjoy relaxing on the lanai or take a dip in the pool which features a hot tub, waterfall and a grotto. The first level features an indoor basketball half court, 2 full bathrooms, living area and an open loft area with bunk beds. The second level includes 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 2 bathrooms, living area, dining area and a kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and granite countertops. From this level, you can enjoy the romantic views of a picturesque lake on the north yet still enjoy Gulf breezes from the south. Finally, the third level features another bedroom with a full bath and the master suite that provides breathtaking views of the sugar white sands and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
