Villa Clements is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath – luxurious pool home. The home has unrivalled Views – in our opinion the best on Rotonda. Enjoy peace and tranquility in your home from home surroundings overlooking a lake and the 9th Green of Rotonda Long Marsh Golf Course.
Our home is maintained to the highest standard and has every facility you could need in a delightfully furnished, well proportioned villa. If you enjoy Golf, Beaches and Outdoor sports look no further than Rotonda West.
Our home is situated in the newer section of Rotonda West - White Marsh which has great access to all the outdoor activities you could require during your stay on Florida’s Gulf Coast. There are no less than 8 golf courses within a short drive of the house, and many more beyond that.
As you enter the home, you pass through a lovely Living area with chaise-lounge, settee and coffee table. The home is tiled throughout with the exception of the Bedrooms which are carpeted.
The home has a delightful formal dining area just in case you are entertaining or prefer a more formal feel to in-home dining. There is also a breakfast nook which overlooks the pool area for less formal dining – the choice is yours.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you would need and has upgraded cabinets all round. Appliances include Dishwasher, Fan assisted integrated (self cleaning) Oven, Microwave, Halogen Hob, Double Refrigerator/Freezer and Waste Disposal Unit.
The Family Room has two comfortable sofas, TV, DVD for your enjoyment, Cordless Phone and Modem for Wireless Internet Access – all included in the price, just bring your own laptop.
The Master Bedroom has a King-sized bed, marble top bedside chests and an Armoire housing another TV/DVD, there is direct access to the pool from this room. The en-suite bathroom has a large bath plus a walk-in shower, double washbasins and WC.
The Second and Third Bedrooms are situated to the left of the family room and share a bathroom which is sandwiched in between, along a private corridor - almost a separate wing in itself.
The Second Bedroom has a queen sized bed, dressing table and chest of drawers. The built-in closet provides ample storage during your stay.
The Third Bedroom decorated in a nautical theme has two twin beds and another built-in closet.
The pool area comes complete with chairs, table, loungers and a bar area. There is a charcoal BBQ for your use. This is a perfect setting to relax after those long hot Florida days, unwinding with the natural sounds of local wildlife and beautiful starlit skies.
The home has a 2 car garage with electric opener, so stay dry on those showery days too!! The pool is heated electrically and pricing is all inclusive.
