1/2 Block to Beach - Two 50’s style cottages are just perfect for family gatherings or a romantic getaway. We are in an attractive quiet neighborhood and are the 5th house from the beach. One block (easy walk) to the local grocery/liquor store. Main House sleeps 8 Guest House sleeps additional 4 if needed. Great privacy from inlaws, outlaws or teens. The main house has 2 bedrooms (one with king bed and one with 2 double beds), 1 bath (w/jacuzzi tub), kitchen, HUGE family room, and sunroom with 2 twin beds and twin pull out trundle. The guest house has 1 bedroom with a full bed a pull out sofa in the living area, 1 bath and a full kitchen. Both houses are on ground level with sidewalk access between houses. The Main House is a 50's style cottage. The wood stained covered porch with tile flooring and patio swing invites you to sit down and relax the moment you arrive. The family room is next to the full kitchen and includes a kitchen table for 4, a new lounger recliner and a new double recliner sofa and cable TV. There is also a sunroom that has 2 twin beds , a twin trundle bed, and table for 4. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, a dresser, a reading chair and table. The 2nd bedroom has 2 super comfortable double beds, 2 dressers and a cable TV. The bathroom is spacious with a JACUZZI bathtub. There is a washer and dryer in the wash house. There is also a private enclosed outdoor shower. The Guest House - has the other bedroom with a full size bed, the living area has a sleeper sofa and love seat. There is also a full kitchen, table for 4 and cable TV. So bring your family and friends and have a great time! Main Cottage Sleeps 8 and back cottage sleeps additional 4.

Once you find a good thing why look any further, and that is definitely true of this house. We have stayed here before and had a marvelous time and the same holds true for this latest visit. The owners are very accomdating and very pleasant to work with. Only a 1/2 block to the beach and a block to the Carousel Grocery. This house is as far as I'm concerned the best deal on the beach.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My family and I stayed here from July 2nd until July 8th 2011 and had a blast! There were 13 of us and we had plenty of room for everyone. Both homes were very clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect. Very short walk to beach with lots of friendly neighbors. The outdoor shower kept the sand to a minimum. My husband and I enjoyed sitting on the porch swing in the evenings. We loved the large patio and privacy. The beach was gorgeous. We visit PCB every Summer and usually spend a fortune on a tiny ccondo. This is definitely the best deal in PCB! Can't wait to stay again next Summer. The owners are very accommodating and friendly!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We recently spent four days here with four adults and a toddler. We rented the guest house as well for additional privacy, but really the house was spacious enough for everyone. This is a great cottage in a super convenient (yet quiet) location in Laguna Beach. We loved the abundant outdoor spaces to just "hang out", the very comfortable beds and furniture, and spacious common areas. The owners were friendly and the rental process was easy/efficient. There is an unobstructed view of the beach from the front yard and street... and it's an easy walk from the house to the water (two blocks max.). There's nothing fancy about this cottage... but it is clean, very comfortable, and has everything you need for a laid-back, relaxing time at the beach.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

My boyfriend and I rented this place last minute. Even though that was the case they were fast to respond to us and made the whole experience easy to deal with. This place is perfect! It is so marvelously close to the beach. The house itself was clean and everything we needed was provided. All the furniture was very comfy! I recommend renting this house based on location and the great owners. We plan on returning to this same house on our next visit!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

My husband and I took our family t PC Beach for a mini vacation and we were so lucky to find this place. It was so nice and comfortable and in our price range. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again I would recommed this place to anyone needing a place to stay at the beach. We took four generations of our family on vacation and this was the perfect place to stay! There was plenty of room for all 11 of us! There were plenty of places for us to spend time together as a group and still have enough space of our own if someone needed to get away to be alone. A beautiful uncrowded beach was very convenient, as was the grocery store. Everyone had a great time. Me & my friend took 6 girls for their Senior Spring Break trip and we rented both houses. I personally had not been to this area since I was a teenager myself and had no idea where to stay. I found these properties and decided to go for it. This was the most perfect location and rental. Everything we needed was available at the houses. Matter of fact, we enjoyed our 7 night stay so much, I called and asked to stay 1 more night! The owners were so easy to work with and so accommodating that I will definitely go back and rent this property again! My family travels to Panama City Beach quite often and we used to spend lots of money on motel rooms.We were so delighted to find this house in our favorite area at our favorite price ( LOW ) ! This little house was just wonderful everything you needed and the water so close. The owners really went out of their way because ours was a last minute trip with very short notice.When you walk into this house it feels like you've just walked into your own home. I can't say enough about how nice it was to stay here.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
