These 50’s style cottages are just perfect for family gatherings or a romantic getaway. We are in an attractive quiet neighborhood and are the 5th house from the beach. It is a short walk to the beach and the local grocery/liquor store is just around the corner. This rental includes 2 beach cottages on the same lot for one great price! Talk about privacy from inlaws, outlaws or teens. The main house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, HUGE family room, and sunroom. The guest house has 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a full kitchen. Both houses are on ground level with sidewalk access between houses. Let me tell you a little more about our home away from home. The Main House is a 50's style cottage. The wood stained covered porch with tile flooring and patio swing invites you to sit down and relax the moment you arrive. There are 2 doors into the house(one through the family room and one through the sunroom.) The family room is next to the full kitchen and includes a kitchen table for 4, a new lounger recliner and a new double recliner sofa and cable TV. There is also a sunroom that has a daybed for 2, a reading table and chair, and table for 4. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, a dresser, a reading chair and table. The 2nd bedroom has 2 super comfortable double beds, 2 dressers and a cable TV. The bathroom is spacious with a JACUZZI bathtub. There is a washer and dryer in the wash house. There is also a private enclosed outdoor shower.The Guest House - The detached cottage has the other bedroom and bathroom. There is also a full kitchen, table for 4, sofa (sleeper), love seat and cable TV. If you only need the Main House $100 per night (summer rate).So bring your family and friends and have a great time!

Rent for just the Main House is $100.00 per night (summer) or $75 (winter)
Additional Fees: Local Taxes 11%
Clean up $150 both houses (100 main house 50 guest house)
Security deposit $150 (returned after rental if no damages).
