Our stunning five-bedroom/three-bathroom privately owned villa is located at the luxury resort of Sandy Ridge, which is a premier residential resort-style community. The villa was built in 2005. The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. Marker 5 of the 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road. See Google Maps for a map of the area.
The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a public supermarket, McDonald’s, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese takeaway and Italian Trattoria, both of which provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area. The phone is free for local calls so that you can arrange your take outs for delivery to save you the journey.

Why the Owner Chose Sandy Ridge
Coral Leigh villa is in a lovely area just outside Disney and Kissimee. However it is close enough to the I4 to be 10 easy minutes from Disney and not far from any of the main attractions that area has to offer. I also love the fact that there are stores within a couple of minutes for any provisions you may need. There are lots of local restaurants that will do a hearty takeaway if you don't feel like cooking. Probably what I like the best is that I haven't finished exploring yet and have developed a healthy interest in American Football!
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
The Villa is so adaptable to what mood you are in for the day. If you feel like being energetic you can go visit the parks and come back shattered, put on a movie and relax. If you are feeling like going further afield and exploring it's just the same with a relaxing end to your day. Alternatively you can just spend the whold day there, the kids are sorted with 2 Xboxes, DVDs and a fantastic games room, while you spend the day with your favourite book by the pool.
Just bliss.

I have to be honest, buying a villa in Florida wasn't my idea, it was my husbands. He came to Florida in January 2007 with his mum and fell in love with this place instantly. Of course I was at home in the UK in freezing conditions with the kids so I didn't actually get to be introduced to the villa untill April that year. Allan had told me so much about the villa that I felt that I know it already but when I walked in and discovered how spacious and beautiful it was I was amazed. I think that I have actually visited the villa more than Allan now taking with me different members of family to show it off to! I hope that everyone who chooses our villa for a vacation will love it as much as we do.
