* a well-appointed kitchen with dishes and appliances;
* a cozy sunporch with wicker sofa & chairs; and
* a large backyard for kids to play, or to have a lobster & clambake dinner.
The house is located on the Bike Path to Kennebunk Beach, and one block to the Bridle Path which meanders through a National Wildlife Refuge to the pristine Parson's Beach. As part of the rental, visitors will receive a beach parking pass valid at Kennebunk Beach and Mothers Beach.
There is much to see and do in the Kennebunks. Enjoy lobster for dinner at one of the area's fine restaurants, tour art galleries or antique the day away. The house is within 20 minutes to many area attractions and day trips including to Ogunquit's Perkin's Cove, Rachel Carson National Wildlife Refuge, Goose Rocks Beach, and Cape Porpoise. Also a quick drive (30 minutes) to visit Portland's Old Town and its many sights and museums, or visit Portsmouth, NH funky restaurants and nightlife.
