The condo features central air, covered parking for 2 cars, 2 TVs, and a VCR/DVD. Master bedroom suite has queen bed, plus 2 spare bedrooms - each with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have large closets. Washer & Dryer are in the apartment for convenience. Kitchen has dishwasher, ice maker, coffee maker, microwave, pots & pans, plates & utensils. All rooms have fans, lots of windows, and high ceiling in main room. Outside porch has furniture.
No smoking and no pets. Kid friendly. Sheets/towels not provided.

My family stayed down here a few weeks ago and were very pleased with the condo. There was plenty of living space, and with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it can easily accomodate 6 people. It was nice of the owner to provide wi-fi also. This was the first place I've stayed in WW that offered this amenity. You will have no problems cooking in the kitchen, the stove, oven, and microwave all worked very well, and appeared to be just a few yrs old. The beach is right by convention center, so you have a nice long wooden walkway, which is a great help when you have lots of stuff going to the beach. I found the owner to be very pleasant and cooperative to deal with. Overall, I'd highly highly recommend.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
