This comfortable, two bedroom plus loft condo is the perfect get-away for couples! It offers king-size beds in each bedroom (one upstairs and the other downstairs)along with TV's and DVD's in each room. The loft has a queen size futon bed. The living room is equiped with a wood burning fireplace (wood is provided) and a fantastic view of the mountain.
No Smoking and No Pets allowed.
At a base elevation of 9600 feet, it has the fourth highest base elevation in the western United States and the highest in Utah. A six lane tubing park offers great entertainment for all ages.
Summer activities include mountain biking on world-class bike trails, rent ATV's and go four wheeling, fishing, and just plain relaxing. The condo is located just 20 miles from Cedar City, home of the world-famous Shakespeare Festival (July through October). The mild summer temperatures and its close proximity to Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks makes Brian Head a great summer destination.

We stayed at Steve's Brian Head condo in August, 2010. It is a nice place, well decorated and furnished. Summer in Brian Head is for mountain bikers and hikers. The trails are maintained, signed, and interesting with lots of fabulous views. Proximity to Cedar Breaks National Monument is a plus with Zion National Park about an hour's drive away. If you want to escape the summer heat, Brian Head is at 10,000 feet - cool, quiet, and comfortable. Recommended. Stay with Steve!

We stayed in the condo late July early August. We came to enjoy the off road trails and found this to be a great location to stage from. Also enjoyed the kayaking and fishing in the nearby lakes. The condo was comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated. The listing was completely accurate about the amenities. One more thing: IT HAD THE MOST COMFORTABLE BED WE HAVE EVER SLEPT IN. Steve was easy to work with and an attentive host. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Brian Head, summer or winter. Our stay was totally awsome knowing that each night we had this condo to return to. Thank you Steve.

Perfect location for exploring Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and more. Condo was very roomy and the King beds super comfortable. We were surprised to find that kleenex, bathroom tissue, and paper towels were provided lavishly. Wifi connection was excellent and we were able to stay in touch with family. Owners were super easy to work with and provided everything we needed to get to the condo. Highly recommend.

This is the 3rd time we've been to Brian Head and this condo was the best. It was very comfortable and spacious. My children had a great time both at the condo and on the slope. The condo was very clean and well kept. Definitely will return next winter if it's available.

We had a great time on our ski vacation staying in this well equipped and very comfortable condo. It was perfect for our family of four. We were able to cook some good home cooked meals in the kitchen but also enjoyed the nearby mexican restaurant and the restaurant at Cedar Breaks Lodge. We had a few days of skiing and also went down to Zion for a day.

What a fantastic visit we had! Our family stayed in August 2009, and had a perfect trip. The condo is so nice- comfortable beds, big bedrooms with big TV's (our 7 year old loved the loft with its own bath) and so nicely decorated as well. Great air hockey battles in the clubhouse, too. We mountain biked (incredible) and rented atv's, plus we took day trips to Zion, Bryce and the North Rim (spent the night there). Thanks, Steve, for your hospitality. We'll be back to try the winter snow, but this was the best summer trip we've ever had.

We stayed in this beautiful condo over the President's Holiday, 2/09. It was very comfortable, and it was perfect for our family. The underground parking was nice especially since it snowed while we were there. The snow was incredible as usual and great for sking. We love coming to Brian Head each year. It has become a family tradition.
