No oil, no tar, shame on the media for hurting PCB. This is a great condo. It is the perfect place for a family with older kids. The decor is modern and clean. The view from the patio is beautiful. The xbox provided much entertainment for the occational rainy afternoon. Thanks for sharing your place with us. We are looking forward to next summer.

We have gone to this condo 2 years in a row. The owner is fantastic to work with and is extremely helpful. We absolutely love this place. It simply feels like home. It's location is perfect, not too far from anything. We have 3 teenage kids and they enjoy renting the scooters across the street. You won't be disappointed.

We went down at the end of April for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Our group of Police and Fireman came down for the motorcycle rally and really enjoyed the place. The condo has a fabulous view even when it's raining! Very clean, modern and everything you could need. You won't be disappointed staying here!

This place is exactly how it is presented -simply FABULOUS inside and out. We had a great time and like others did not want to leave. It was also great having the pier park just minutes away. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely return.

I had the pleasure of staying at the "Time & Chance" in August 2008 with family and friends. The views were spectacular and the condo was beautiful and so realxing. It made our beach vacation at Panama City so worthwhile and after a week we still didn't want to leave. We hope to return again!!!!

We stayed at the "time & chance" from July 26-August 2, 2008. The entire family absolutely loved the condo. It was so relaxing, the views were unbelieveable and was decorated wonderfully. No one wanted to leave and we HOPE to return next year. The owners made us feel as if were truly an appreciated guest and could not have been any better to work with. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely home with all of us. Thanks again.. The Klein Family

Time and Chance is a beautiful condo on a great beach. All of the furnishings were top of the line. Owner was great to deal with and the on-site staff at Palazzo were helpful too. One of my favorite things about the condo was how the bedrooms were arranged to allow privacy for everyone. We really hated to leave!
