Our beautiful luxury villa is in an ideal location for a wonderful holiday in Florida any time of the year. It is fully air conditioned with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a large 30' × 14’ (optionally heated) pool, built on an oversize corner plot, sleeping up to 8 persons, and is situated 1 mile north of the famous 192, on the US27.
It is perfectly positioned at the rear of the Clear Creek community at Woodridge, providing a quiet, peaceful atmosphere yet ideally situated for all the theme parks and other Orlando attractions. The added asset of a Winn-Dixie Supermarket/Pharmacy, Bank, Post Office at the entrance to the tranquil community of Clear Creek plus a recently opened 24h WalMart Supercenter within minutes of the villa is a great bonus.
We are only 3 miles from Mickey Mouse and his friends at Disney World (as the crow flies), only 10 mins by car.
The villa is furnished to a very high standard in typical Floridian style and comprises the following accommodation:
EN-SUITE MASTER BEDROOM with queen size bed, clock/radio and remote satellite TV. Large walk-in closet. The large bathroom has a double-seated shower for less able persons and his & hers washbasins. There is also a cordless ansaphone with free calls within the USA in this bedroom.
DOUBLE BEDROOM WITH EN-SUITE HALF BATHROOM (toilet and washbasin), satellite TV, clock/radio. Large closet/wardrobe. There is access to the pool area from the en-suite bathroom.
TWIN BEDROOM WITH ADJOINING BATHROOM, satellite TV, clock/radio. Large closet/wardrobe.
All necessary linens and towels are provided including spare sets for each bedroom. All bathrooms have a hair dryer.
The cathedral ceiling LOUNGE/DINING ROOM has a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests if required. The tastefully appointed lounge area has a large remote satellite TV, a VCR/DVD and CD/tape/radio. Main access to the pool area is via the alarmed sliding patio doors from the lounge.
The formal dining area accommodates 6 guests.
The superbly fitted KITCHEN includes the following features:-
large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, waste disposal unit, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, blender, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer and all necessary crockery and utensils for up to 8 guests. A villa phone with facility to connect to the internet via a WiFi router is also in the kitchen. The adjoining [NOOK] can accommodate 4 persons.
A UTILITY ROOM with washer, dryer, iron/ironing board and pool/beach towels is off the entrance hall and also has access to the large double garage.
The optionally heated large screened pool is west facing and has the sun from about 1000h until the evening sunset. There is also an area for soaking up the Florida sunshine on the deck or under the covered lanai with a cool drink to unwind after a hectic day at the theme parks or the Malls and Designer Outlets. The lower pool screen panels have been fitted with “Florida Glass” to provide some extra privacy for your comfort. All pool furniture is provided with loungers for relaxing and table and chairs for eating alfresco.
Our villa management company is situated on-site, at the entrance to the Clear Creek community to ensure a trouble free stay. They can provide you with, theme park tickets, phone cards, plus lots of help and advice.
