The house is very cozy with a comforting feeling. Its very serene and peaceful. It reminds me of a house my mother would have loved. Its all on one level, close to stores, transportation, friendly, quiet and in a safe neighborhood.
Its great for family vacations, couples, romantic get away or just for fun.
We keep it very clean, sanitized, and with a homely presence to it. We provide you with all the amenities you need to get started with extra special touches to accommodate our guests.
It's been a great experience to have met such wonderful people from all over the world. We are very grateful and pleased with all our guests, referrals, and new comers and very happy that they have been kind, generous and considerate to have left comments for other vacationers to read.

This is my third stay at the Bronx house and it is wonderful. Tom and Marina are such great host and their rental house comes equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood is great and there are restaurants, convenience stores and just about anything you need in a 2 block radius. If you want to go to Manhattan just walk a couple of blocks to the train and you will be there in 35 to 45 minutes.

We just returned from our third (yes, 3rd!!) stay at Tom & Marina's house. Although it is good to be back at our homes, it is always very difficult to leave The Bronx but that's why this house means so much to me and to my family; we know that we have a safe, clean, comfortable, peaceful place in The Bronx we can always return to and this is a priceless feeling. The house is so well maintained, clean, spacious and complete: It is the perfect home away from home!! Tom & Marina are the most gracious, sweet and helpful hosts. The area is perfect, you have everything you need within a three block easy walk: deli, pharmacies, nail shop, meat market, bakeries, fruit & vegetable market, train station, cleaners, restaurants, post office, taxi/car service, EVERYTHING you might need. Dear Marina & Tom, we pray God continues to bless and protect this vacation home because if you ever sell or close that house I will feel so lost here in California. Thanks again for everything. We had a fantastic stay here. Tom and Marina very welcoming and helpful and the house clean and comfortable. We stayed for eight nights in October and couldn't have picked anywhere better by the end of the holiday we were beginning to feel like locals! Everyone we met was friendly and helpful and we always felt safe even our 2 sons aged 17 and 19. What a great place. Excellent location with real good restaurants, close to public transportation and even an awesom italian deli right across the street. Marina and Tom are great hosts and will help you in any way they can. We will DEFINITELY be coming back here.

Loved this rental. Marina was a great hostess, met us the door. The property was in beautiful condition, my teenagers loved it (which is hard to please), there was a pack n play bassinet for the baby to sleep in, there were pizza places and a corner store open till midnight within 5 minutes walking time, the subway was about 10 minutes walking time and so easy to use, the neighborhood was great and very friendly. I recommend this rental to everyone. I have stayed at many different rentals, and Marina had by far, made this a totally enjoyable experience. Thank you for the milk and juice in the refrig. After flying all day and arriving in the evening, it was a welcome site for the kids when we first got there. We loved the experience.

I cannot sat enough about the owners, Marina and Tom, or the wonderful property they let us call our own for two brief days!! They met us at the door and were so welcoming. They showed us around the immaculate house and showed us how everything worked! Unfortunately, the cable was down. Tom got right on the phone with the cable company who would be there the next day to fix. Cable was fixed the next morning and Marina even gave us a discount for the inconveinience!! How sweet are they? The house is just so homey, everything was spotless!!! Loved it, loved it, loved it!!! It was so nice having a driveway to park our vehicle, and the neighborhood was super quiet and safe! You cannot go wrong with this property, it is perfect!!! We will see you again Marina and Tom and thank you for allowing us to stay there!!!!

My husband and I stayed at Marina's for a long weekend (May 21st thru 23rd) when we came to pick up our daughter at the end of her school year at Fordham. This house has a great floor plan, is very clean, and offers small personal touches that made us feel quite at home. The #6 subway is a few blocks away, which was great for our trip into the city. Folks we passed by on the street were friendly, as were those at Geroge's, a neighborhood restaurant where we had breakfast on two mornings. Marina is a charming and gracious host; we could not have asked for a more comfortable house or a more generous host! We look forward to staying here again!

The best compliment one can give is to return to the same rental. This was our second stay and we were just as pleased, if not more so, than our first visit as repeat customers are given excellent terms and attention. The house is exceptionally clean in a great neighborhood. If you want a true NY experience in a safe place at a great value with off street parking then look no further. Delis and restaurants abound, with a bakery and grocer close by as well. The bus stop is literally across the street and the train to go to Manhattan is only a 7 minute walk away. On this visit we took a taxi to the NY Botanical Gardens which is not to be missed. Mostly our visit was spent seeing our daughter and grandchildren. Even my mother-in-law who came with us couldn't find anything to complain about :-) We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the attractions in the Bronx (NY Yankees, Bronx Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Little Italy, Fordham University, etc.) or who want to find reasonable alternatives to outrageous Manhattan hotels.

Marina and Tom were excellent host. The house is nicely decorated fully equipped and if you like cooking you can find everything you need. Me and my fiancee and his parents, coming form France, enjoyed our stay so much. I rented the house and was kind of worried for everybody to be happy with my decision, and it was a good one! The house is very comfy and cozy. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, even late at night. Commuting to Manhattan is easy, 30min to 1 hour sometimes but avoid you the use of cars and parking in this crazy city. There was a blizzard (more than 40 cm snow) on the 25th and the day after we were discussing how to get out of the house, because we were blocked. Marina and Tom showed up at 8am and removed all the snow, that was so nice! They also organized car rides to JFK to pick up and drop us on Jan 1st. We will be back!!! Thanks!!
