THIS HOUSE HAS IT ALL!
If you want first class accommodations, as 1 of the guests described it, this is the home for you. In the morning enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the upper deck off your bedrooms with a breathtaking view of the water. By noon get on the water for a day of boating and water skiing, while at night gather around a stone fire pit for your very own bonfire with tons of seating. The Kitchen and Dining room seats 16.
THE HOUSE – VERY spacious 2,800 sq ft, New kitchen and 2 new baths,new teak hard wood floors, 3 of the 4 bedrooms are lakeside,
Located on Middle Lake, of Lauderdale Lakes, this fantastic vacation home has 65 feet of lake frontage and the BEST private beach on the lake. Walk right into the water onto a sandy bottom.
Our house sits among tall trees; providing a secluded, peaceful, and panoramic view of the lake.
The house is spacious, open, and everything is NEW and clean! Total of 4 bedrooms.
THE UPPER LEVEL has Teak floors, a BRAND NEW travertine bathroom with a Jacuzzi, and stained glass wall. There are 3 very large bedrooms (2 king beds, 1 queen), a kitchen/dining room seats 15, family room and laundry room and a new deck that runs the length of the house.
THE LOWER LEVEL has an enormous bedroom that has 1 queen and 4 twin beds; great for kids and adults alike! The Game/Family Room has everything needed for the young and young at heart (and if it rains!) T.V., stereo, ping pong table, pool table, Foosball, game table and many board games. Also another brand new bathroom! Walk out onto a new,enormous deck with a gas barbecue and tons of seating.
Both the upper and lower levels have wood burning fireplaces.
THE LAKE – Boating, Fishing, Swimming
If you want to go tubing, skiing, wakeboarding, or coast along the shore, you can rent our Harris Deck Boat ($375.00 per day or $250.00 for 4 hours; seats 12 people) and a driver who will give you free lessons! ($20.00 per hour for driver).
Or pull your own boat up to our dock! We also have 2 paddle boats for you to leisurely travel around the lake. Our part of the lake is great for fishing. Some of the best fishing spots are just off our dock. Home to Bluegill, Walleye, Northern Pike, Large and Small mouth bass; everything for the avid fisherman.
THE BEACH - The beach is the largest and most private on the three lakes. Plenty of seating and sunning! Swim off the dock or wade into sand based water. The mound surrounding the beach has flowers blooming all summer long. The water is crystal clear being the third cleanest lake in Wisconsin.
THE TOWN –Elkhorn- Golf, Biking, Alpine Valley, 75 miles north of Chicago and 40 minutes from Milwaukee & Madison, 20 minutes north of Lake Geneva 5 minute drive to Lauderdale Lakes and Evergreen Golf Courses. If you want to google earth my home you have to put W5620 Bubbling Springs Rd (not Cool Hill) which is the road that runs into my street. 12 miles away is Kettle
Moraine State Park; providing hiking, and biking in the summer, and cross country skiing in the winter. You can rent skis close by. There is also horseback riding & hot air balloon rides. Alpine Valley, only 15 minutes away, provides summer concerts and winter skiing.
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure dates. The balance is to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. A damage deposit of $500.00-$1,000.00 is required to be paid at the time of final payment. It will be refunded within a week after guest departs, if no damage. Minimum age required is 25. Payment methods are personal checks & money orders. If 14 days from date of rental, cashier check only. Cleaning fee $125.00

  • Our family gathering of 13 (including 4 kids) from 5 different states for a week in this fabulous lake house was incredible. We never felt crowded -- even at dinner time. The furniture and beds were comfortable and seating was plentiful inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and pots and pans. We enjoyed the kitchen so much that we never even went out to eat! We brought our boat and kayaks so adding those to the paddle boats there, gave everyone something to do on this quiet, cove. The game room activities and the board games were such fun for all ages. You will thank Cathy like we did for renting her home to us.

  • After reading all the other comments, I was confident that this was the perfect place for our extended family vaction. After dealing with Ctahy and staying a week in the house, the only downfall was that we had to leave when the time was up! The weather was unseasonably cool for July so we had a few days indoors. The game room was great for entertaining 4 kids aged 13-8 and several grown up kids. The private beach and dock were great for the kids to fish, swim, and the adults to relax. Being that the hoiuse is in a no wake zone made it great for the kids swimmng and for parking my boat without worrying about it banging up against the dock. We had a total of 10 in our party, everyone had a bed, and there was still beds left over. We will be booking again for next year.

  • This place is gorgeous and it worked out perfectly for our gathering. The fire pit was great and the foosball table added a touch of competition to party. Cathy's daughter Julie drove the boat for our gathering and she was extremely nice and very helpful. Many people commented how she was so relaxed and didn’t pressure us to do anything we didn’t want to do. She was like one of the girls. Overall, we had an awesome time! I would recommend this place to anybody.

  • I stayed at this home with a group of guys a few weekends back. We had a great time as it had everything we needed. It was large for sleeping arrangements, had a couple of decks to hang out, a beautiful private beach/view, and had a great game room in the basement for passing the time. It is also close to a golf course called Evergreen Golf Club that was a fun, well kept course if you like to golf. The owner of the home Cathy was very easy to work with as well if you have any questions or problems she will answer them right away.

  • This was a wonderful place for a weekend golf getaway. We had a group of 11, and the house was perfect. It was spacious and had all necessary accommodations plus games galore! A number of excellent golf courses are within 10 to 25 minutes away. (We played the excellent Hawk's View near Lake Geneva and the charming local Lauderdale Lakes course.) Plus, the beach and pier are an excellent place to sit, chat and have a drink with friends as the sun sets.

  • Stayed for 5 days, Kathy is great and had a wonderful time celebrating our 50th anniversary with our 4 adult children and 6 grandchildren. Tubing and Boating for 2 days on Green Lake. House is very comfortable and game room is a big +.
