This West Chatham home is family friendly and is centrally located near all the best that Cape Cod has to offer. It is located in a lovely established residential neighborhood away from the hub-bub of busy roads, yet only a few minutes drive to downtown Chatham.
Our home is perfectly situated between Hardings and Ridgevale beaches,(south of Rt 28) and easy walking distance to Ridgevale Beach. Nestled in the pines, you and your family will enjoy the privacy and serenity of sitting on the deck with your morning coffee and grilling your fish after a day at the beach. You will have fun exploring the neighborhood on bikes or by foot. Our home is only 1/2 mile from the beautiful and scenic Rail Bike Trail that reaches throughout the vast majority of the cape. It is one of the nicest areas on all of Cape Cod!
Our home features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths and comfortably sleeps 6-8 people.The master bedroom has a new deluxe queen size mattress, private bath and cable TV. The recently updated kitchen opens onto a sunny deck surrounded by pines complete with a new gas grill and patio table/umbrella and other deck furniture. It seems to be the gathering place no matter what time of day. In the living room you can stretch out on the couch with a good book or join the kids in the family room for a game of checkers or watch a movie. The family room is equipped with a 42" HD flat screen TV. We also offer WI-FI throughout the house.
Chatham is the place to be on the Cape. After a day at one of our spectacular beaches, downtown Chatham comes alive on Friday night with its concert at the downtown Chatham bandstand. If that's not your thing, the renowned Chatham A's baseball team play only a stones throw away. Chatham also has a charming downtown loaded with wonderful shops, galleries and restaurants. You'll have a great vacation you'll never forget!
