Kitchen is well-equipped and can easily handle large family gatherings. The open floor plan is spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. The patio and yard is large and inviting with a gas grill for some al fresco dining. This home has a large yard that provides a beautiful quiet setting. The home is very well-appointed and very comfortable. A private patio is off the master suite for some more private enjoyment. There is plenty of room, boasting over 2000 sq. ft. of space. Centrally located to Los Angeles (45 minutes north), Disneyland (30 minutes east), and San Diego (60 minutes south). Less than two miles to either Newport Beach or Huntington Beach. Costa Mesa, is a lovely jewel of a town, that sits in between the two. Newport Beach has just been voted one of the top 10 resort areas in the USA. Five star restaurants are too many to mention. Huntington Beach, the surfing capital of the USA is a must see. Disneyland, Sea World, Universal Studios are all easily accessible. . Shopping is world class. South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island are two areas not to be missed. Balboa Island is a very quaint little island with unique shops and restaurants. Laguna Beach, the home of world renowned Artists, and Exceptional Boutiques. If you are in the need of concerts and plays, Orange County Performing Arts Center, South Coast Repertory and the Pacific Symphony is also minutes from the home. This is a wonderful home for a beach vacation or a base home for day trips. You are welcome to use our bikes, boogie boards, umbrellas for your beach trips.
