We are Ocean Front! Our home is located on the 4th floor with unobstructed spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, the expansive beach and the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Our unit is the largest of the two bedroom units at Ocean Place - a B unit, ask and compare! We only are steps away from the 5 Star Ritz Carlton Hotel and you can enjoy many activies and services such as... the new spa, Salt and Cafe restaurants and much more at the Ritz. Ocean views can be seen from the dinning, living and master bedrooms. And if your not looking at the beach or ocean, you will be enjoying a large high definition flat screen TV! There are two pools and tennis courts located on site. The unit owner is a member of The Golf Club of Amelia Island which enables you to have access to the world class golf course next to the Ritz at discounted prices.
The Ocean Place location and very well maintained building next to the Ritz is one the best combination on Amelia Island. We are not one of those "30" year old properties with little appeal. Kim and Lou Fiorentino live in Potomac Maryland. We are both business professionals.
We love Amelia Island and spent a number of years vacationing there before buying the condo and town home. We are both second generation Italians. I worked in NYC in advertising for many years and Kim Works in Washington DC and Maryland providing legal services, in many cases on behalf of those who could not pay their fees. Much of her legal work centers around guardianships and those who have special needs.
