We are Ocean Front! Our home is located on the 4th floor with unobstructed spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, the expansive beach and the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Watch the Sun rise from our new master bedroom pillow top king bed, or just step out on the balcony from the master bedroom! Our unit is a "B" unit the largest of the two bedroom units at Ocean Place - ask and compare the size of the units!!! We only are steps away from the 5 Star Ritz Carlton Hotel and you can enjoy many activies and services such as... the new spa, Salt and Cafe restaurants and much more at the Ritz. Ocean views can be seen from the dinning, living and master bedrooms. And if your not looking at the beach or ocean, you will be enjoying a large high definition flat screen TV with over 200 channels, WIFI and unlimed local and long distance phone service! The Ocean Place buildings are very well maintained building and in excellent condition located right next to the Ritz Carlton-the best combination on Amelia Island. We are not one of those "30" year old properties with little appeal. Kim and Lou Fiorentino live in Potomac Maryland. We are both business professionals.
We love Amelia Island and spent a number of years vacationing there before buying the condo and a town home on the island. We are both second generation Italians. I worked in NYC in the advertising for many years and Kim Works in Washington DC and Maryland providing legal services, in many cases on behalf of those who could not pay their fees. Much of her legal work centers around guardianships and those who have special needs. We have put our "personal touch" in every respect in our homes and hope that when you stay with us you can be sure to get one of the best and largest units at Ocean place.
