We were expecting a nice cottage for our family to stay, but were amazed at just how great this cottage was. We were impressed by the cottage, which was clean, comfortable and pretty, with a gorgeous view of the lake through a big picture window. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities, the deck, the firepit, the kayaks, the rowboat, the raft, etc. It was a perfect place for my boys (12 and 8) to swim and fish. The owners could not have been any nicer or more welcoming. All around, we had a terrific time and hope to get back soon.

The cottage is even better than the pictures show. It is a clean, relaxing and beautiful place with beautiful scenery. My family especially appreciated the well appointed kitchen, use of the boats and the fire pit. Our kids (7, 5, 2 and 1 month) want to stay for a whole week next summer. Ralph and MJ are gracious and accommodating hosts. We would highly recommend staying here!

My wife, dogs and I had a wonderful stay at the Knox's vacation home! The lake was gorgeous and offered everything we were looking for! The cabin was wonderful and completely carefree. We appreciated the hospitality offered by the Knox’s and would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun getaway!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your wonderful cottage. It was by far the cleanest and most comfortable cottage we have ever stayed at. It had absolutely everything we needed and more to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. My son asked if we could stay longer on our next visit. Strongly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

This was our first time using a VRBO property; however; based on our experience, it won't be our last. This property was perfect for Cris and me. The lake is an outstanding asset. No noisy motors or jet skies; just a peaceful time with the beauty of the surrounding landscape. The cottage itself is clean, bright and airy. We found an abundance of very good golf courses within a 30 - 45 minute drive; with one of the best being just a short 10 minutes away. Personally, the location was also perfect with family and friends close and able to enjoy the whole experience with us. One niece stated on her Facebook page that her day on the lake was the best day of her summer. Frankly, I was not quite sure what "slice of Key West" meant. However, you only needed to step into the cottage to make the connection. The cottage is perfectly decorated to match that South Florida theme and it gives that cozy, warm feeling as soon as you step inside. We found the cottage exactly as we expected from the on-line photos, except no photo can really capture the serenity you feel when looking out at the lake from the well-windowed cottage. One surprise, however, was the deck just off the front room of the cottage. It quickly became one of our favorite places as we often moved to the deck for meals or simply reading in the evening while the light allowed. Upon checking in, we were met by the owners who were both extremely helpful and yet respected our space and privacy. They walked us through every aspect of the cottage and thankfully showed us how to use the gas fireplace which was very helpful to take the sting out of the early morning chill on a few days, despite it being August. The owners maintain a booklet with very useful information to help people with restaurants, golf courses and other activities. Also, take a moment to read the comments of previous guests to get their take on life around little White Lake. I would highly recommend this property if you're looking to experience the beauty and comfort of the Wisconsin outdoors while being only a stone's throw from Green Bay. I can only imagine how the lake looks when Fall starts to turn its colors. This is a peaceful alternative to Door County and one Cris and I intend to enjoy again.

this place is everything that was described it was immaculate and well kept, the fishing for panfish is excellent for kids. bigger fish are there but tougher to catch we also rented a pontoon for the week from yancy power sports for 500.00 we saw a deer in the water 2 loons and a beautiful view. we have 3 kids 12,15 and 16 and they all enjoyed there stay.it was landscaped beautifully, pier, boat and kayaks were very clean. we ate at maiden lake supper club one night in lakewood the food was great. this is a no wake lake which in my opinion makes it great for teaching kids kayaking and boating and anything thats not tearing up the water.

The cottage was really cute, very clean, and the lake was beautiful. Everything about the cottage was nice; nice dishes, nice beds, the decorations were adorbale, the fire pit was great. The lake is so clean and clear. We enjoyed our stay very much, the cottage was great. Waking up in the morning to the sunshine and sitting on the deck looking at the lake was awesome. I highly recommend staying at the cottage.

The listing of this property was very accurate and understated. The deck was great. The sandy shoreline and clean water were so much fun for us and the kids. The cottage inside and outside were meticulously clean when we arrived. The owner met us on the day we checked in and the next day they were nice enough to take us around the lake on their pontoon. They were available by phone anytime during our stay to answer any questions we had. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy some privacy. Some of the things we enjoyed the most were: sitting on the deck reading, playing games with the kids and enjoying the unbelievable view of the lake, (Great privacy by the way), the fire pit was a great place to make s'mores or just sit and relax after a full day of swimming, although we enjoyed lots of time outside the cottage itself was also wonderful. We and our three kids had plenty of room to have our own space. The kitchen was very well stocked with newer quality appliances and utensils. The beds, couches, chairs etc. were very comfortable and in very good condition. We spent a lot of time fishing, kayaking & swimming. I am certain we will be back for another stay! Thank you!

The cottage is clean and bright with a beautiful view of the trees and lake. The fireplace was useful on the chilly mornings. Loved the deck on the side because it did not block the view of the lake. Fishing was good off the end of the pier. We will definitely rent this cottage again.

We live in the Twin City area and what a delightful retreat this was. To find a lake as clear as this body of water is very rare; even in the state of 10,000 lakes. MJ and Ralph are gracious hosts making our stay as comfortable as home. Imagine waking up in the morning with the view of the lake sitting on the deck with a good cup of coffee, followed by fishing, floating on the kayaks, then grilling up some steaks on the barbeque. And there is nothing like ending the day with a bon fire and watching the sun go down. The cottage is beautiful, clean and cleverly decorated. What a great weekend to start off the summer! Best regards to future renters.

This cottage truly is a delightful slice of Key West "Up North". It's very nicely decorated and furnished with thoughtful conveniences for a comfortable and relaxing stay (exceptionally clean & well-maintained also) and has great owners --- really nice & friendly. The website photo is so realistic I get an "aaahhhh" moment remembering how it felt to look at that view. You won't go wrong choosing this for a getaway.

This cottage is absolutely the best pick when it comes to choosing a place to have a relaxing vacation with family and friends. The lake is so serene, peaceful, and CLEAN!!We really enjoyed swimming and taking the kayaks out and fishing, it was very calm. Inside the cottage you will find that the owners take great pride in this property. Everything is kept up very well and it is easy to feel at home and comfortable during your stay. The large window provides the most beautiful view of the lake from sun up to sun down! Whether you are enjoying a barbeque on the deck overlooking the beautiful lake at sunset or catching up on much needed sleep in the cozy beds, every minute of your vacation will be well worth every penny spent to get there.

If you want nothing to worry about except what is for dinner this is the perfect place to be. The accomodations are fantastic and the atmosphere will bring an instant smile. You will feel complete relaxation as you look over the lake from the deck. This is definately a great place and I look forward to going back year after year as it is only 45 minutes from Green Bay. The water is beautiful so come ready for good times and a little rest and relaxation.
