Living room - Paris Vacation Apartment Rentals The rue d'Assas is a lovely street in the heart of the Latin Quarter. Here you're following in the footsteps of Ernest Hemingway and other celebrated authors and artists who frequented the neighborhood shops and cafés. Just minutes away are the Luxembourg Gardens, St-Germain-des-Prés, St-Sulpice and Montparnasse. Other lively shopping streets close by include the rue de Rennes, rue Vaugirard and the rue du Cherche-Midi. This 2-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a stately, late 19th-century building with elevator access. Both the building and the apartment have been totally renovated combining traditional features with all modern comfort and conveniences, such as high-speed internet access.
