•3 bedroom, sleeps 8 (2 kings, 2 queens). Each bedroom is equipped with a private ensuite marble bath, walk-in closet, cable television, a/c, ceiling fans and covered balcony. From the jetted tub and the large furnished balcony in the master suite, you can enjoy a gorgeous view of the gardens, marina and mountains. The balcony is private, shaded and furnished with a breakfast/reading suite and a queen-sized chaise for additional outdoor sleeping or napping!
•Ground floor great room has 12 foot vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall solar-shaded windows opening to the gardens, pool and marina. The kitchen is fully-equipped, boasting granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island, breakfast bar, 2 sinks. There is a laundry room with full sized washer/dryer and a half-bath also located on the main floor. The great room and outdoor dining room are surrounded by lush flower gardens, banana, lime, papaya, mango and palm trees, a semi-private pool, world class marina on Bandaras Bay, and a view of Sierra Madres mountain range.
The pool and hot tub are immaculately maintained and deck chairs are always available. Palm trees and deck-side umbrellas provide adequate shade if desired. There is private covered parking attached to the villa with adequate space for 2 vehicles.
•Rental includes wireless internet and social membership (for up to 5 people) which provides access to El Tigre golf course and clubhouse (guarded by Bengal tigers), 40,000 sq foot fitness facility (child care services available), spas, private Beach Club as well as access to Five Star Paradise Village Hotel amenities, including restaurants and bars.
The fitness facility offers tennis, squash, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, fitness equipment, experienced trainers, yoga, pilates, lap pools, restaurant and bar, and child care services.
"El Tigre" is an 18-hole championship golf course, pro-shop, spa and restaurant.
The Beach Club is a private beach facility, equipped with ocean-side palapas, lounge chairs, bamboo mats, shaded seating/dining area, 3 pools, restaurant/grill, bar, change rooms, steam/sauna, toilets, showers, and lockers. There is ocean-side bar and food service.

the weather, ease of access to property, the exceptional quality of the property. Reminiscent of the Cote d'Azur, without the endless crowds and exhorbinate prices! There's a reason it's called the Mexican Riveria! It has the ambiance of a Mediterranean village. Very luxurious indeed.

Truely exceptional quality. Grand Marinas is the best maintained property in the Nuevo Vallarta area. Security, cleanliness, clean water and beautiful gardens are the priorities of the Italian-Canadian developer. The private beach is immaculately maintained and there is always an available lounge chair. A large selection of great restaurants close by!

Great Accommidation!!, and fantastic access to everywhere and everything, towns of choice,(with easy taxi or bus), great beach (walk for miles), and get away from everything in the Private Villa.. What ever you chose on a day.. you can have! I was amazed !

Very bright and spacious with all the ammenities you need very close and with the quaint city of Puerto Vallarta only 15 mins away. Excellent fitness centre and golf course only a few minutes walk from the condo. Also excellent access to boating as the dock in right on the complex. This establishment gives you the peace of mind in way of saftey for you and your family without being trapped in some all-inclusive joint where they try to get you to spend every last penny on the compound.

The semi-private pool (the most I saw was 3 other people) is essential for real realaxation. Being able to walk to the refridgerator for a beverage made me feel right at home. Dont miss the golf, or fishing around Nayarit, it is world class.
