OUR HOME IS IN CLIFF RIDGE COLONY - A PRIVATE, EXCLUSIVE, GATED COMMUNITY
"Caesars West", our NEW mountain retreat just finished in October of 2007. We feature 3 bedrooms, the master is down, with a private bath with a his & her's shower to enjoy, 2 bedrooms upstairs, each have a private bath and a loft with a day bed and trundle under. A two story wood burning stone fireplace to enjoy on those crisp nights. We design build custom luxury homes and "Caesars West" is our little slice of heaven. We have decorated with our "Texas" roots in mind, featuring barn wood as accents, rustic trim, 8' doors with our signature arches and ROUNDED corner (what were known for). And those doors, oh my, and that gourmet kitchen, featuring custom cabinets and exotic granite from Brazil. Then that staircase, custom made by a local stair maker out of worm wood, truly hand turned custom spindles out of black iron with that Texas blacksmith flavor. The master suite features a private screened porch to escape to without the outside ruining a great evening, perhaps sipping a favorite drink. The porch runs the length of the house, over 40 feet, 11 feet wide with KILLER views, all the way to Greenville, Easley, Pickens, and beyond on a clear day or night. Our home is just to the East of the Head of Caesar and we get that City Light View at Night. We also feature a veranda off the family room to retreat from that sun if needed, a great place to nap mid afternoon.
CLIFF RIDGE COLONY, this is where our home is located, this is a private gated community about 400 yards from the top of Caesars Head Mountain. Cliff Ridge boasts of homes from the $300 K to over $3.5 million. We have an awesome club house which is home to two separate pools and hot tub all outdoors, two new tennis courts overlooking our trout lake, which by the way is stocked with some awesome trout. Since the community is private you'll enjoy all the features without the crowds or unwanted visitors. You will find our neighbors friendly and outgoing.
What to do while your at "Caesar's West". Take a quiet walk, hike one of the many trails from Caesar's Head State park, just 400 yards up the road, fish our lake, play tennis, swim in one of two pools or both, sit in the hot tub, take a nap on the covered veranda or screened porch, sit on the deck and take in those sun rays, go shopping in Brevard just 16 miles up the road, site see on your drive, the area's has MANY arts and crafts makers on the way. If your going to Brevard's music festival, this is an AWESOME place to play.
