Kihei Surfside offers activities for all ages. Over an acre of manicured lawn provides space for shuffleboard, a barbeque area, a nine-hole putting green, active games, and sunbathing. The heated pool is popular at all times of the year.
Since we visit at least once each year, we assure that everything is in fine working order for you. A king size bed is in the master bedroom and a pull-out queen bed is available in the living room. The apartment has one and one half bathrooms. All linens and towels are provided along with beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella. There is at least one hairdryer. An iron, and ironing board are for your use. A coin op laundry is located on the main floor. We offer free long distance to the mainland US and to Canada, and free broadband internet with WIFI.
We have an easy to use safe in the suite for your valuables and travel documents. The keyless door entry is great; no worry about leaving a key while you swim in the pool or ocean, and no losing your key in the sand!
Our well-appointed kitchen has everything you need for dining in if you so choose. Modern appliances include a side-by-side fridge, self-cleaning stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, and hand mixer. If you enjoy baking, and cooking, all the necessary bowls, measuring cups and spoons, etc. are also in the kitchen, and there is ample counter space. Set your table in the dining room or dine on the lanai and enjoy the spectacular view.
Watch small boats departing from the boat launch. Observe humpback whales during winter months. Take a short walk (less than one minute) to Keawakapu Beach, one of the finest beaches in Maui, or walk the nature path to the boat launch, and on to the Kamaole Beaches for a longer hike.
The 40 inch flat screen TV has a blu ray player. There is a radio and a CD player with an iPod dock for your use. There is a DVD and BluRay library for our guests. The bookshelf is well stocked, take a book or leave a book.

Why the Owner Chose Kihei Surfside
We really love the back yard and the view. The fact that we are on the water but not on the beach gives us lots of privacy, and the beach is less than a one minute walk away. In the winter, we watch the whales right from our lanai.

The culture at Kihei Surfside is unique. Many lifelong friendships have been forged there. Our apartment, unit 210, is perfect for us with its second floor location, we can just walk up! The view from the living room and the lanai is breathtaking.

Aloha, we are Cath and Bob Povaschuk. We have been enjoying our time at 210 Kihei Surfside for about 30 years. We are there at least once a year, and we do a lot of upkeep and upgrading to the suite ourselves at that time. We also take lots of 'Maui Time', doing very little at all.

We have had the pleasure of being in Maui for the last 10 years. This was our second time spent at this complex and have been sold on this beautiful property with its spectacular views. The management is second to none with well maintained grounds and attention to detail. Thank you Bob & Cath for providing us with such a beautiful condo for the four + weeks of our vacation. Everything was perfect. Your unit was spotless, exceptionally maintained and equipped with all the amenities and comforts of home. You went out of your way to make sure we had everything we needed. This was the best time that we’ve ever had on Maui which we attribute to staying in such a beautiful condo unit! We have already booked for 2012 and will continue for the years to come. We’re getting teary eyed just thinking about how much we miss not being there. Thanks again for helping us to have such a glorious and memorable vacation.

We arrived on Tuesday afternoon and went to bed after a pleasant afternoon and evening of loafing. Woke up the next morning and it was Tuesday of the NEXT WEEK! While we were sleeping, someone broke in and stole our week in Maui! The police were called, but told us it happens a lot and most people just leave without reporting it to the police. Apparently very little chance of getting our week back. They did find some weeks hidden in an old hanger at the airport, but they were all from October 2006 so of no use to anyone anymore. Seriously, though, our week was fantastic. This was our first time to Hawaii so we spent a lot of our time touring. It was only while lounging out front of 210 on our last day that I realized Kihei Surfside is probably in the best spot on Maui. Ocean a few feet away, turtles swimming by, whales spouting and breaching clearly visible in the bay, rocks out front full of tropical fish to look at while snorkelling and a great beach a few steps away. Next time we will spend a lot more of our time right at Kihei Surfside. Thanks so much, Bob & Cath!

We have been coming here now for 30 years starting when I was 9. The Kihei Surfside is THAT magical. Now I bring my our kids here to share in the experience. Unit 210 is a good unit, with very good care and brand new carpet brand new couch, and as a side note were really impressed with the artwork. Nice LCD TV, kitchen baths, new tile. I usually leave one suggestion from a vacationers standpoint. 210 is dialed in so nothing to say. As a note for light bulbs, a movement to go green has resulted in many flourescents throughout the units for the surfside. 210 has soft lamps in the living room, which is great. I have been to all the beaches on Maui, and best beach on the island is here. Keawakapu Beach. Turtles and dolphins on black tide pools here too.

I recently stayed in 210 at Kihei Surfside and without a doubt it was an amazing experience! I have stayed in other condos and this by far was exceptional! The view is breathtaking and unforgetable.The tenants and staff were all very friendly and it really felt like home away from home! I enjoyed morning coffee on the lanai, daytimes on the beach or off visiting the magical spots in Maui! The evenings are quiet and romantic and the sunset is undescribable with words! Snorkelling is fantastic and spent many evenings watching the turtles right in front of the condo! The unit itself was very clean, tastefully decorated and had more than all the comforts of home! You can definately see the pride in ownership of this unit!!! If you are looking for an amazing spot to get away from the hussel and bussel and experience what life should be all about i certainly recommend 210! I have made it my goal to go back every year as most of the renters do year after year! Mahalo to the owners of 210! Life changing experience!

The eight weeks we have been here have disappeared at an amazing speed! Our vacation time here in Maui has been as fabulous as ever. Suite #210 is like home and all the new extras really enjoyed. The new Ipod player especially, also the DVD's and WIFI, and new couch. Thanks Bob and Cath. We sadly leave our favorite paradise and hope to return next year.

While we are new to Maui, this location is really great as it is on the ocean, near great beaches to the north and south, a couple of good restaurants within walking distance next to the complex,shopping for fresh fish and other items nearby. The condo is very comfortable, clean and grounds well maintained. This part of the island appears to be best positioned to access many other recreational aspects of the area.
