We spent 2 months at this beautiful home and had a wonderful time. Everything was beyond even what we expected. The pool, spa, and patio areas were exceptional, we spent most of our time outdoors, enjoying beautiful views and lounging by the pool. Everything you could possibly want or need in the gorgeous kitchen, was there....The master bedroom is huge with a very very comfortable king size bed. Thanks so much to Darren and Chris for sharing their beautiful home with us... Rog & Jinger

My brothers and our wives rented this property for one week. The house was located in a beautiful, safe neighborhood and easily and comfortably accommodated the six of us.The amenities were exactly as listed. We expecially enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Shopping was close by. Although we BBQ'd most nights, there were many excellent restaurants nearby. We would recommend this rental hone to any group... be they semi-retired like us, or a young family. The owner of this property was fair, clear in his communications and honest. We're panning next years trip, already and will certainly come back to this house.

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children.

Great Vacation Home

I have rented many times from VRBO and this home is the best I have ever stayed in. Everthing listed in the ad is included in the home. We had a great time. It is the perfect place to just sit back and relax. Great sleeping also. Thank You.

Our 16 day stay here was fun, relaxing, and trouble free. This vacation home lacks for nothing. Linens, dishes, appliances and such were very clean, and of excellent quality. Kevin, the concierge for this home, could not have been more amiable and helpful. Fountain Hills has small-town charm with big town amenities very handy. We liked it so much we're in the process of purchasing our own home there! This vacation home gets our highest recommendation!

Thanks again for the enjoyable stay at your home. Our stay was quite comfortable as the property was well maintained and located in a quite neighborhood. Conveniently located close to excellent golf courses. The assistance provided by Kevin at check-in was very helpful. We hope to stay at your place again in the future.

You are right the golf is second to none in Fountain Hills and our home is conveniently located on the south side of town in a great neighborhood and close to everything. this was a beautiful and very well equipped home, everything you needed was provided. It is very spacious. The pool, spa and gardens were lovely, plenty of garden furniture to relax. We had a great holiday and definately will go back.. There are so many places to see and do around this area. The Grand Canyon, Tombstone are about a 4 hour drive.

Looking at reviews for this home, I can't believe we forgot to write one! This is an outstanding home and you'll love every minute there! We stayed for a month last year from March to April and our entire experience was wonderful! The pool is great and the hot tub, heavenly at night! It's just really a comfortable place to stay and the owner is helpful when signing up and has left info to make your stay easier in the home. When you get there, Kevin, the guy who takes care of the house, is readily available and so nice to deal with. The description of the house is spot-on and all photos are accurate in what it is like (the two extra bedrooms are a bit smaller than they look in the photos, but are still plenty big and nicely appointed). The master suite is so nice, loved the huge closet and the bathroom is fabulous! Main living area is so nice and homey with plenty of room for everyone. We left suggestions on what to do and see in the book in the house. If you want to see them, I guess you're just going to have to rent this home :<)! You will not regret it. Just wish it was available for this year...but it was already rented for the time we needed this year when we left :(

Fantastic Property

We spent 9 relaxing weeks enjoying this property, Fountain Hills and various golf courses. Loved the well stocked kitchen, the wonderful pool area, the hot tub and even the grass! The description of this property is spot on, and we hope to return when our schedule allows. If you are a golfer, Wei Ko Pa is very close by, as is Eagle Mountain and Scottsdale is only about 20 minutes away if you want to try some other courses, or some great restaurants. Thanks Darren!

We spent 7 days over Thanksgiving and our daughter competed in the Ironman race - it was perfect - our 13 month old granddaughter loved the pool. Kevin was great - the kitchen was wonderful. We hope to be back next year - 2010

Thanks Darren for the great stay we had in your home in Fountain Hill, AZ This home is beautiful and very convenient to anything you'd like to do while on vacation. We just Loved the patio and pool area. We spent alot of afternoons and evenings sitting out there. The view of sunsets against the mountains were fantastic. The Master Bedroom is FABULOUS!! Everything was great. We will return soon for another stay. Thanks to Kevin too, he was great.

We spent 7 days of total bliss. This property is top of the line. It is conviently located from the airport, and all of Fountain Hill's main attractions. The home was spotless, the pool refreshing, the hot tub a god send after our long excursions throughout Phoenix. The Beds were exquise, and utterly comfortable. When you visit, you must get up at sunrise and watch... It will take your breath away as Fountain Hills awake. If your are very still and sit in the hot tub, you can even watch humming birds feed in the lush garden. We cannot say enough about this home. We have told our family and friends this is the place to stay! It felt like a five star, with all the comforts of your own home. Cannot wait to go "HOME" again.

We stayed at this home for an extended long weekend. What an amazing house with an incredible patio/pool area! The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful, and Fountain Hills is a spectacular location. 10/10!!

This home was very comfortable. It was neat, clean and well appointed. There are plenty of towels, sheets, dishes, glasses and chairs for seating. I would highly recommend this home for your next visit to Fountain Hills, AZ.

The house was much bigger than anticipated and the front propery of the pool and hot tub was absolutely private,quiet and thoroughly enjoyed by ourselves and daughter's family. The grandkids were in the pool whenever we were at home. A great central location to shopping, restaurants, grocery stores and malls a short drive away. We would like to take more extended family to this location again. Hopefully in the near future!! Doug & Elaine-Calgary, Alberta

Great location, great golf, great cycling, great house. Definately eat at the Desert Canyon Steakhouse and the Pizzeria in the mall by the fountain. Recommended.

Stunning home in fountain hills, the evenings were quiet and the home was beautiful. The large tv was great and the large selection of glassware ,dishes and large bbq made entertaining a breeze. Will be returning.

We were very impressed with the home and the location. Everything was better than we imagined the pictures cannot capture enough of the beauty. The home is truly fully appointed and the views are spectacular. We have stayed at a number of vacation homes in the Scottsdale area and this is without a doubt the very best we have stayed at so far. Having the personal greeting and check-in was also very helpful and made us feel instantly at home. We will be back and hopefully very soon.

Wonderful home with a great private pool & hot tub. The neighborhood was quite and a great location with golf, shopping and restaurants nearby. We were greeted by a great host upon our arrival that showed us all the amenities of the home. Would recommend this home to others and will definitely be returning.
