– A quick note to let you know we had a great stay in your Park City home. The home was great – very convenient and comfortable. We skied 3 ½ days at Deer Valley, PC, and Canyons. Weather cooperated and no problems at all.

Great house plenty of room for my family of 4 (teenagers want won rooms). Walking distance to Park City ski area, very short walk to main street. Kitchen well equipped. Owners VERY helpful with a small issue, resolved immediately.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

The house is very comfortable and convenient - it was great for everyone to have their own room! Kit was very responsive to all our questions - we had great snow conditions on Park City and Deer Valley. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house was perfect for the 5 of us, great location. We enjoyed the hot tub, steam shower and even grilled one night. The internet access was very convenient as was the boot/glove dryer. My son, a Florida Gator, watched basketball both on the TV and his laptop. We ate out just 2 nights (Windy Ridge, Red Banjo for pizza, both very good) and cooked in your well-equipped kitchen the other 5 nights. Skiing was terrific. There was new snow at the beginning of the week and we had sunshine at the end of the week. We took the bus to ski Park City 3 days and we drove to Deer Valley the other 2 days. We went snowmobiling Wednesday at Thousand Peaks. We watched the history of Park City DVD, very interesting. We love games and puzzles. We played Apples to Apples, but the other game, can't remember the name exactly, worst case scenerio survival game....what a riot! We also worked 2 of your puzzles and managed to finish the 1000 piece one the last night (it's missing a couple of pieces). We were all exhausted and sore from skiing (except for my 20 year old son who dragged my husband out night skiing 2 nights), so your comfortable beds were great. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We will certainly look you up again if we come back to Park City.

Our ski vacation will be tough to beat. 20" of fresh powder in 2 days. Skiing was amazing. Thousand Peaks snowmobiling was incredible. This house was comfortable, convenient & well equipped. The bus to Park City for skiing was easy to use. The steam shower and hot tub were well used.

What a beautiful and cozy home in great location! We skied Canyons & Deer Valley. First experience with powder & 2 ft. of it! Fantastic! Boys loved the outdoor hot tub & jumping into the snow bank and back into tub! Wonderful family destination!

This home was the perfect location for our ski vacation. The home overlooks the park and it's only one block to Main street of Park City. We spent 2 days skiing at Deer Valley and two days skiing at The Canyons. The home is very spacious and has a hot tub and steam shower for after ski relaxation.

We had a great time at Park City and the house was so nice. It was much better than we expected from looking at the photos on the web. The location was perfect and we would definitely like to rent this house again next year. We were lucky with the amount of snow at this time of the year and had a good time skiing in Deer Valley.

We had a truly wonderful time at your house. Thank you every much. Our arrival on Friday was great, all very nice and clean and good, clear instructions. The rooms were a lovely size and beautifully decorated, each with an en-suite (which for those of us who are English is very novel). The rocking chair and hot-tub were a great hit with everyone. It was nice to have the hot-tub up to temperature when we arrived. Although we didn't catch any films, being there during Sundance lent Park City a nice atmosphere and although crowded on Saturday and Sunday, the crowds eased off during the week so getting a table in the restaurants was not too difficult. All in all we had a great time. Thanks for following up and thank you and Jim for letting us share your beautiful home.

We had a great time in Park City and found the home to be very comfortable. The location was perfect and the amenities exactly what we needed. We definitely appreciated your helpful tip regarding the ski rentals service blacktieskis, which several of us used and were quite happy with. All in all it was a wonderful trip and there is a very good chance we’ll be coming back in years to come.

What a wonderful sanctuary and resting spot. We've had an incredible week. Gorgeous dry weather, pristine views. Went to Olympic Park and saw the aerialy ski show. Ate at Bandit on Main 4 times! Saw 2 bull moose and a weasel while hiking at Mirror Lake. Took in the Park City Art Festival and took lots of naps!! What a beautiful place. Thank you for blessing us!

We had 2 beautiful, sunny days of skiing & snowy ones. We really enjoyed downtown Park City and had some wonderful meals. Our favorite resturants were Grappa and the skiers buffet at Stein Erickson Lodge. Our mem & young men went on the bobsled at the Olympic Park - quite a thrill. We had a fun and relaxing week. Our boys are now considering going to University of Utah.

Everything at the Sullivan house is wonderful. We are having a great time. Your home is tremendous. Snowed lightly all day on Sunday and then 6-12 inches overnight. This morning it is sunny (oh darn!). Guess we have to ski!

We had a great time in Park City! The house was great. The location was perfect and it even snowed for us! It was wonderful that everyone had their own bath and we all loved the steam shower. Our son was delegated to the bottom floor where he could play his guitar and not annoy his sister. It's a beautiful home; everything was perfect. We loved being able to walk to town.
