This condo was unbelievable from the moment we opened the door. It was beautiful, clean, quiet, absolutely perfect! The pictures listed were completely accurate. Our nine year old loved the pool, it felt like it was our own private one! The complex was very nice, small and private, not like the busy resort types. The managers kept the place so clean and tidy. The condo was in a very central location close to both the East and West coast activities if you felt like leaving this area. The Maalea Harbour was right next door with an awesome little farmer's market, shops and the Maui Ocean Center. We had booked another accomodation for our second week thinking we should be closer to the east side to take in the morning sunrise at Haleakala and for traveling the Hana highway, however, this place would have been fine. We watched the morning sunrises over Haleakala every day. We were amazed to watch turtles and even a monk seal every morning from the lanai. The whales were still around to give us wonderful displays, incredible!! We would highly recommend this condo, the owners were so easy to deal with and made sure the place was everything we could ask for. This was our first time using this type of rental accomodation and we will definitely be doing it again. We are already looking at the calendar wondering when we can come back!

What a wonderful stay we had at this condo! The owners definitely thought of everything that you could possibly need and had it there for you. Wonderfully decorated and furnished, made you feel you were staying in a five star hotel! The pictures provided are very accurate but don't capture the actual warmth you feel as soon as you open the door to the lanai and see the sun rising over Haleakala!! Amazing! We were up every morning before sun rise just to see this!! Our nine year old loved this place and the pool! The complex is very quiet, clean and well kept. The Ma'alaea Harbour shops had a farmer's market where we got the best fruit, our son met an author there, and saw some great artwork. We really enjoyed the Maui Ocean Center and then when we went snorkeling we knew what we saw! It was centrally located, easy to travel to all the highlights of Maui. The owners were very helpful, giving lots of helpful hints to Maui and places to see, It was our first time using VRBO, a totally easy process to book and I felt the owners were just a phone call away if needed. We would highly recommend this place to anyone who visits Maui.We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful, quiet retreat

This condo is located in a quiet area but has easy access to many other parts of Maui. You have everything you need for a peaceful stay - comfortable sleeping area, fully stocked kitchen with basic condiments, a full entertainment system, lovely multispray shower, beach equipment and ocean views off the deck. We saw whales several mornings and appreciated the binoculars and even a telescope! Dish washing detergent, laundry soap and softener were provided. We had a great stay and know you will too!

Great View, Modern Condo!

This condo was very updated and had a great view and is ocean/bay front. The complex is older, but very well kept and quiet. Nice pool/BBQ area. Condo is located in a central location and very comfortable. A swimable beach is about a 10 minute walk. Several restaurants are within walking distance and if you take any boat trips from the harbor , you can walk there! My only minor complaint would be the hot water tank, it's really small, but overall the condo is great!

This unit has been beautifully updated. The building is quiet and the grounds are immaculate. The nearby beach is perfect for taking long walks. The owners were helpful and very easy to work with. We would come back to this condo.

My boyfriend and I spent a week in Hawaii to celebrate the wedding of a friend. Carey made us feel so welcome and was so quick to respond with any questions we had both during and before the trip. We spent many hours looking through the telescope at the beautiful and spectacular views from the balcony. It was such a relief to have all of the things that we needed right there in the home away from home that we were so gratiously able to use. THEY EVEN THOUGH TO HAVE ALOE!!! They truly have thought of everything =) While the photos are completly amazing, they really do not do this home justice. I could not be happier with the decision to stay at this beautiful home. Carey helped to make this the absolute best vacation I have ever had. Thank you so much for making our time in Maui so spectacular!!! Mahalo!

Really enjoyed our week at this condo in Maui. It's an excellent unit with fantastic views in a very quiet, central location in Maui. It's been tastefully updated with an excellent kitchen and living space overlooking the ocean. Enjoyed cooking a couple meals on the communal BBQ's as well. Hope to come back another time during whale season so we can do some whale watching from the patio! Owners are very accommodating and easy to deal with as well. Thank you for a great stay!

As my husband says, this was the BEST vacation he has had in years. We have been to Maui 8 or 9 times, stayed in Wailea and Kaanapali hotels. We are convinced that condo vacationing in Maui is the way to go. Owners are very congenial and a delight to know. We loved the ambiance of the condo and the fact that Everything! was provided for our stay! Decor was outstanding and very clean/well maintained. The view melted all our cares away...watching snorkelers, native Hawaiian's catching fish barehanded, sailboats, tour boats, fish jumping out of the water, and of course the magnificent whales...not to mention the Haleakala sunrises..We appreciated the underground parking, the on-site restaurant and the relaxed and well manicured grounds. Convenience of local shopping and super central location of this condo.... Great Place - Plan to Return. Mahalo once again Carey & Warren

This was our first attempt at using vrbo.com and working with the owners Carey & Warren was a real pleasure. They also provided invaluable hints, tips, websites & advice on activities & dining whilst in Maui. Their contemporary condo is tastefully decorated and well appointed with all modern conveniences. One will not be wanting for anything throughout the stay: fully equipped kitchen, ensuite laundry, filtered water, ice machine, beach chairs & umbrellas to name a few. The SE view from the lanai is spectacular. Centrally located, this condo has walking distance access to the Maui Ocean Centre and all the conveniences available in Maalaea, and it is just minutes drive to most other locations in Maui (just 15 mins into Kahuili and Kihei). Thank you Warren & Casey for letting us stay in your condo. It was amazing. We stayed there with another couple and had an amazing time! It is definitely a 5 star condo. Anything that you could need on a vacation was there! It was nice not having to buy spices, and condiments since it was furnished in the condo. The view was great. We watched Whales off our Lanai everyday! It was also very nice being next to the harbor, they have a nice little shopping center there too. Everything about the condo was wonderful. When we return to Hawaii, we will definitely stay here! Thank you again for everything!

We had a wonderful experience and stay at this gorgeous, very clean and well decorated condo. It is centrally located to many attractions and beaches. The ocean view from the lanai is spectacular and a great place to view the whales, have an intimate dinner or just sit back and relax with a glass of wine. Warren & Carey, first we want to say Thank you so much for opening your beautiful home to us. We felt very at home here. This was our very first time to Hawaii & chose Maui, a Dream Holiday that came true. I spent many hours researching for the right place & we were not disappointed, it was paradise for us both, we loved the quietness of the Milowai, the ocean front view from the Lanai was fabulous. The condo had everything we needed & more. A 5 star condo for sure. The Internet & sound system was well enjoyed, oh and should I mention even a PVR, you thought of everything. It was so nice to have condiments left for our use, not having to buy everything. The Directions given were excellent; we arrived at 1 am and drove right to the condo with no trouble at all. The underground parking was very nice. There were always lounge chairs available by the ocean for our use. The grounds were groomed daily .We loved having coffee in the morning watching the beautiful Sunrise and Whale Watching became a daily event. There is so much to see & enjoy on the island, we enjoyed Deep Sea fishing, touring all over the island, driving to Hana, watching the surfers. I would highly recommend staying here! You won’t be disappointed; we too loved the Central location to everything, we loved it so much we have already booked to return in 2011. Ce condo est simplement fantastique ! Très bien équipé, propre, rénové et idéalement situé pour visiter toute l'île de Maui... Aller à Hana prend environ 2h30 (excursion d'une journée)et aller au Volcan Hale'a'kala environ 1h15 (excursion d'une demie-journée). Il y a un très bon resto " Waterfront restaurant" directement dans le building et le super marché le plus près est à 10 min en auto(Kihei)...Le proprio est super gentil et facilement accessible par email ou téléphone .. nous aimions tellement le condo que nous avons prolongé notre séjour de 2 nuits... Nous garderons de merveilleux souvenirs de ce séjour sur Maui... Mahalo Carey !

My husband and I had a great time spending our 2- year wedding anniversary in Maui. This condo is amazing and the owners are a pleasure to work with. When I started looking for a condo to stay in, I emailed a few different people. Other owners didn't really seem too interested in my needs or questions. They would just respond with one-word answers. When Warren responded, however, I could tell he really cared. He took the time to tell me some of the great things his condo had to offer as well as some great activities to try in Maui. Another great thing about this condo is that it is so updated and modern. So many of the other condos are so outdated. This condo has it all. It's centrally located, right next to the harbor, is decorated beautifully, has all kinds of amenities and is reasonably priced. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again in the future. I can't wait to go back!

I had the best vacation I ever had staying at this condo.All the arrangements were easy to follow and went off without a problem of any kind.The condo itself thrilled us when we arrived.It was immaculately clean and everything was brand new and the many extras made things so much easier for us(like condiments already in fridge,beach towels,beach chairs etc.)We hardly ever went out to eat since the view from the lanai was awesome.The whales were extremely active the whole 2 weeks and we felt like we had the best seats in Maui to watch the show.The telescope and binoculars were well used for sure.Staying in such a comfortable place added so much to our holiday.The great weather helped but sitting on the lanai with the sun coming up right in front of you every a.m. was a very cool way to start each day.I have been to Maui before but have never enjoyed my self and felt so rested like this time.Having internet access and a great sound system were just added features that made us so comfortable.I highly recommend this condo to everyone.The peace and quiet of Maalaea was wonderful and you could just drive a short distance for shopping and entertainment and the short jaunt to the beach was easy.Many friends have asked me why this holiday was the best ever and I have to say it was the lovely condo and its location that made the difference.The owners were great to deal with so I couldn't be happier.Hope others have the same experience we have had. We were delighted with the solitude and great attention to design/detail in the condo. There is an excellent restaurant right in the building, and you're within walking distance of the Maui Ocean Center. It's a short drive to the resorts at Wailea and Kihei, but a quiet respite from the hustle and bustle. This wonderful spot helped us feel a world away from our everyday lives in the Southwest desert.

From the moment we walked in the door we knew this was going to be a wonderful vacation. Pictures do not do justice to what awaited us. The owners have thought of every detail. So tastefully decorated. More beautiful then most 5 star hotels. We especially loved being able to hear the ocean day and night. This is definitely an adult only condo. Highly recommend this 'oasis' to anyone. The owners were a real pleasure to work with and very accommodating. You won't be disappointed. Loved the central location!

we stayed here for honeymoon for five days at the end of the august. the owners took the time to get us a bottle of wine, which was so appreciated and thoughtful! the condo is as advertised -- everything is new and the furnishing is top notch. the condo is quiet, easy to find, and you get an excellent view of the sunrise in the morning. the location is central to everything you would want to get to in maui, you won't go wrong staying here! the owners were also very responsive by phone or email. we had some problem with parking the first day (no fault of the owners), and they were very quick to address the issue. we would not hesitate to stay there again!
