Come to the 'Jersey Shore' to enjoy a fun and relaxing time with family and friends. This beach house is located at the South end of the boardwalk near the Manasquan Inlet, the inland passageway.
The beach and ocean are just steps from your front yard, very convenient especially if you have children. Lifeguards are on the beach. Swimming is great here, and the beach is a nice place to take a walk and do some beachcoming. Come, sit back and relax on the beach or in the front yard.
Watch the surfers from your front deck or go surfing yourself at the Inlet Beach. Manasquan is noted for some good waves. Watch the recreational and commercial fishing boats go in and out the Inlet, or go on a charter fishing boat and catch your supper. Fishing at the Inlet is also very popular, take a stroll here and see what's going on there. Swingset for children on the beach.
Catch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Walk to Fisherman's Cove, a nature reserve, and explore the tidal water and surrounding plants and birds. Don't forget the beach chairs to relax in during the day and to watch the fireworks at night from Main Beach in 'Squan or Point Pleasant Beach.
It's a short walk to the Arcade for some family fun. If you tire of the surf and sand, downtown is a short distance away where you can shop or take time to grab a bite to eat. There are many great restaurants in the surrounding communities.
Commuter train to/from New York City, makes for a quick getaway. A nice bike trail takes you to Allaire State Park.
Bring flip flops or something for your feet, the beach sand can get pretty hot. Don't forget the binoculars, sometimes there's a whale or dolphin sighting.
June, September and October are truly nice times - a bit quieter -and a beautiful and peaceful time to enjoy the beach and surrounding area, so don't rule these months out.
Birders might enjoy using this place as a home base from which to make daily excursions to check out the birds as they migrate each Spring and Fall.
Come to the 'Shore' to enjoy a simple life, share some fun times and create some great memories. There's just something about the Jersey Shore, you just may get 'hooked.'
