Manasquan house description
4 comfortable bedrooms, sleeps 8.
Nice, sandy yard and deck in the front to spread out and relax.
Come to the 'Jersey Shore' to enjoy a fun and relaxing time with family and friends. This beach house is located at the South end of the boardwalk near the Manasquan Inlet, the inland passageway.
Check out area by going to surf website. O
Nice weekend getaway in the off season.
The beach and ocean are just steps from your front yard (no streets to cross), very convenient especially if you have children. Lifeguards are on the beach. Swimming is great here, and the beach is a nice place to take a walk and do some beachcoming. Come, sit back and relax on the beach or in the front yard.
Watch the surfers from your front deck or go surfing yourself at the Inlet Beach. Manasquan is noted for some good waves. Watch the recreational and commercial fishing boats go in and out the Inlet, or go on a charter fishing boat and catch your supper. Fishing at the Inlet is also very popular, take a stroll here and see what's going on there.
Catch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Walk to Fisherman's Cove, a nature reserve, and explore the tidal water and surrounding plants and birds. Don't forget the beach chairs to relax in during the day and to watch the fireworks at night from Main Beach in 'Squan or Point Pleasant Beach.
Is there a wedding or graduation coming up? The beach is an ideal place for out of town guests to stay and relax in between family festivities.
If you tire of the surf and sand, downtown is a short distance away where you can shop or take time to grab a bite to eat. There are many great restaurants in the surrounding communities.
Commuter train to/from New York City, makes for a quick getaway. A nice bike trail takes you to Allaire State Park.
Bring flip flops or something for your feet, the beach sand can get pretty hot. Don't forget the binoculars, sometimes there's a whale or dolphin sighting.
June, September and October are truly nice times - a bit quieter -and a beautiful and peaceful time to enjoy the beach and surrounding area, so don't rule these months out.
Birders might enjoy using this place as a home base from which to make daily excursions to check out the birds as they migrate each Spring and Fall.
Come to the 'Shore' to enjoy a simple life, share some fun times and create some great memories. There's just something about the Jersey Shore, you just may get 'hooked.'
If I don't return your call, it means I didn't catch your number, so please call again. Thanks

Great place for our family retreat!
Great place for our family retreat!
The pictures and description are accurate and the convenience factor for our young family of five was huge! Great location right in front of the surfing beach and close to Town/ Pt Pleasant Amusement Park. Very clean and well maintained property. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Central air and wifi also a great perk. Owner has been a great resource to us and stays in touch. We've been coming back every year for the last four years and we intend to keep coming back.

Owner response: Thanks for getting in touch. I'm happy we made that connection years ago. You have a great family and we look forward to your return every summer to enjoy the beach. Finding a place where you can kick off your shoes and relax, and then just take a few steps to the ocean for swimming and surfing is a plus. Can't wait to see your kids again!
An ideal location for a shore vacation. You have your own private beach plus the manasquan beach and you are a short walk to inlet for fishing. At the inlet there are two eateries for those dining out times.Thursday nites you can watch the Jenkinson fireworks from your front porch or beach. Beach house is very clean and bath facilities include two private showers. You also have parking for two cars.Super time at the shore for all.

About the owner: This beach front house has been in our family for many, many, many years, passed down from generation to generation, and we love it. Lots of good memories and friends made over the years. And we are still in touch. We try our best to be helpful to our guests....because, we want them to enjoy their stay here and share some good memories with each other for years to come.
Why the Owner Chose Manasquan:
Why not Manasquan....it's a great town, friendly people. Family came to relax and fish in the summer, and it's been a good fit for us. Our place is a kick back sort of place and the location is super. You can relax in the front yard which provides a nice buffer between you and the boardwalk (or walkway)! Nice neighbors. Don't forget to take in some of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets around here.
The Unique Benefits at this House:
Close to the Inlet. Deck/House raised off the sand for better views. One floor layout. Nice neighbors. No rental in the back, so you have full access to front and back yards.
