This mansion is located in one of Las Vegas newest neighborhoods, in the heart of Silverado Ranch, 2 minutes to the new South Point Casino Hotel and Las Vegas Blvd. The World famous "Strip".
Set in a private gated community, and only a few moments from, shopping, dinning, parks, airport and the Las Vegas Strip. This fantastic home offers 9 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and sleeping space that can accommodate many guest. Some bedrooms have private or adjoining bathrooms. There is a separate guest house with kitchen, bath and is right next to the beautiful swimming pool that has a swim up bar, swim in cave + seating and cascading waterfall. The back yard is an outside oasis and is a resort itself. There are two huge covered balconies that provide 800 square feet of patio shade above and 800 square feet below for comfort. There is a half basketball court, fire pit, fountain, Koi pond, step down BBQ kitchen with covered palapa, guest house and the custom pool. The entire yard is covered in paver stones. The lot is over 23,000 square feet.
The mansion is a great choice for corporate executives who want to stay together but enjoy their own private space. At well over 6700 square feet, plus an additional 625 square foot, guest house there is plenty of space for networking as well as relaxing.
The home boasts upscale appointments and furnishings throughout and was professionally decorated by an interior designer. Beautiful tile flooring is used throughout the home. The very large kitchen connects directly to the breakfast area looking onto the resort backyard. The kitchen has high end built in stainless steel appliances, gorgeous granite counter tops and beautiful cabinetry. The family room and game room are huge areas, one above the other creating a very large and open feel which continues throughout much of the home. The home offers an intercom system, built in vacuum system, wired smoke detectors, pre--- wired security system on all doors and windows, wireless high speed Internet, unlimited local and long distance telephone service, 5 furnaces, 5 air conditioners and several fireplaces.
The game room features a theater screen with projector which offers TV, DVD'S and VHS and Karaoke. A pool table, pub table for games and huge covered balcony for indoor or outdoor comfort and the beautiful views of the backyard and mountains. The dining room is furnished with fine quality furniture and plenty of seating. The walls are faux finished with a Tuscan theme.
The master bedroom is very large and well appointed. The room is about 1000 square feet and has an additional private bedroom making this a 2 bedroom suite, extremely large closet, separate dress area and super sized bathroom with his and hers water closets, shower heads and sinks. The entire bathroom is tiled with Travertine. You will enjoy soaking in the over sized bath while watching your favorite movie or TV show on the flat screen on the wall.
The backyard is simply fun waiting to happen. The pool, spa, and waterfalls are controlled and operated by a hand held remote control. The spa, which is elevated slightly above the pool, is huge and can comfortably seat many people. The pool has a swim up bar and cave. The fire pit will bring warmth and comfort to any evening. The BBQ kitchen has a fridge, 3 burner grill, cook top and sink. Guest can eat directly from the pool or bar counter. The yard can easily accommodate very large gatherings or an intimate oasis for a few.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the right size for our big family of 20! All the rooms were very nicely furnished and decorated...it looked like a model home. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were very clean. Even the guest house was comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen and panty are fully stocked with whatever you need. We spent a lot of time cooking and barbequing. To bad the weather was chilly. We would have loved to take advantage of the backyard with the beautiful pool and basketball court. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back!

My family and I spend New Year Eve 2012 at this home and spend three wonderful days. We were 18 couples and it was absolutely perfect. I have rented homes in Vegas before but there would always be something off from what the description said. Vincent the owner was helpful and very friendly in every step of the way. All the bedrooms were gorgeous, clean and very elegantly designed. The gourmet kitchen was fully loaded with every aspect you can think of. There was even a folder with all the near by amenities /down to the driving directions which made it perfect for everyone that wanted to do different things. The back yard is big and beautiful with a very nice pool, basketball court. and fire pit. The guest house was just as luxuries as the rest of the home. I would definitely rent his house again with no thought !

I leased the property for a weekend for a group of 16 to celebrate my wife's milestone (surprise) birthday. We all felt that the online photos and video tour did not capture the full beauty we saw in person. Gorgeous property. We had room to spare so we weren't all on top of each other. We utilized the grill which work great and every other inch of the property. We spent mornings and afternoons at the property and of course the strip at night. Vincent, property manager was over-accomodating. We left agreeing to do it again in the near future.

I hosted a group at this property over Labor Day weekend for a corporate incentive trip, and we all loved the property! The owner (Vincent) was so easy to work with and accomodating - we were even given a contact person to work with leading up to the event, and she went above and beyond to organize little extras that made this trip memorable for all of us. The house itself is gorgeous, and it was perfect for our group of 14 - we could have easily fit a couple more. This was an awesome way to do Vegas - hanging out poolside at the mansion by day and hitting the Strip at night. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to Vegas with a group!

We stayed here with a large family group and the house was fantastic, very well maintained and clean. Very luxurious spacious bedrooms, kitchen was a dream to cook in with a huge pantry. The pool was beautiful as well as the outdoor kitchen. The guest house was also very well maintained and comfortable. The owner Vincent couldn't do enough to help in every way possible, he provided a fence to go around the pool to stop our 3 year old from wandering in. Personal touches were in abundance!
