This bright, newly renovated 32m2 (345 square feet), non-smoking apartment (November 2004) is situated within the Arts & Metiers district and is 10 minutes’ walk from the Beaubourg/Pompidou Centre. The apartment is well served by transport links, as there are three metro stations nearby, all within 5 minutes’ walk (Arts & Metiers, Republique and Temple). The Les Halles center is 15 minutes’ walk away, as are both the Picasso and Carnavalet Museums; Notre Dame, Saint Chapelle and the Latin Quarter are all within
20 minutes’ walk.
The apartment is conveniently located close to local shops and amenities, such as cafes and restaurants, bakeries, a supermarket, banks, churches, a gym and also a market.
Despite being very central, the apartment is very quiet as all the windows overlook internal courtyards and gardens. It is situated on the third (US fourth) floor of a traditional 18th century Parisian building and is accessible by stairs.
