This 24m2, non-smoking studio was completely renovated in June 2005. It is located on the second (US third) floor of a traditional Parisian building with views over a quiet, sunny courtyard.
The studio is centrally located in Le Marais and is just 10 minutes’ walk from the Georges Pompidou Center, 5 minutes’ walk from Republique and 3 minutes’ walk from the Arts et Metiers Metro station. It is also conveniently located close to all amenities, including banks, cafes, restaurants, bars, churches, bakeries - and much more!
The main room (bedroom/living area) is furnished with a queen-size bed, 2 leather armchairs, a coffee table, flat-screen TV with cable, DVD player, broadband Internet access (ADSL), and a heater. The room also features tomette flooring and original wooden ceiling beams.

The telephone answering machine means that you can be contacted 24/24 and your international telephone calls are free and unlimited from France to North America if you take out the Internet option (4 €/Day).
