Located in a quiet residential neighborhood overlooking peaceful Sandusky Bay, 1.5 miles south of Port Clinton (on Lake Erie).

Fish in the Bay or take a charter on Lake Erie, going for walleye or perch. Relax on the glass enclosed porch overlooking the water; roast marshmallows in the camp fire ring; fish off the dock; gorgeous sunsets; great walking and biking area.

Description: Newly renovated/remodeled one and half story house, fully furnished. Includes: 1 bedroom down (queen bed) with attached private full bath and laundry; second full bath down; eat in kitchen; living room with TV, sofa bed, and twin bed; dormitory style upstairs. All bedrooms have Air Conditioning.
