Both of us are retired educators who love the water and great family get togethers. We have a large family and often have grand children stay over.
Why the Owner Chose Port Clinton
We bought here as a quiet get away from the stress of living in a big city (Columbus, Ohio) We LOVE water activities and nature and have enjoyed many family gatherings at our waterfront home. It is an easy drive from Columbus (2 and half hours) and near so many things to do.
The Unique Benefits of this Cottage
Reading, taking walks, camping out on the shoreline, camp fires, eating on the glassed/screened in porch, and just relaxing are our favorite activities. The yard is big enough for outdoor games...unusual in a rental cottage. There are many nice neighbors, but none so close you have a lack of privacy.
