Living room - New Braunfels Vacation Rentals This is the perfect location for your New Braunfels vacation! The Rockin' R tubing take-out on the Guadalupe River is right next door or you can take out your tube at our Guadalupe River frontage! Turn left coming out of our parking area and the Schlitterbahn and the Comal River are just down the street. Turn right out of our parking area and Gruene is a short drive. On-site we have two swimming pools and four hot tubs. The bigger pool has water jets that your kids will love. Our condo is brand new and was furnished in March 2008! We bought this unit to be our winter home. So, it is furnished for us to use and entertain our guests. It is an end unit (more private) on the top floor (more quiet). We also have the best view of the Guadalupe River in the condo complex. The furnishings are brand new and selected to spoil you: 2 high definition TVs with HD channels, Showtime and Cinemax, Panasonic home theatre. Memory foam king mattress in Master BR, top of the line Sealy innerspring queen mattress in Guest BR1, mid-level Sealy queen mattress in Guest BR2, huge and very private lanai balcony (15' by 24'), free long distance calling, free (and secure) wireless Internet, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen and more.
