This water front, 2100 square ft. home is nestled in the trees on a hill with a wonderful lake view. The boat dock and gazebo offer relaxing entertainment time with children and friends. The home is located on McCrary Creek which is DEEP WATER off the main channel. YOU MAY WATERSKI IN FRONT OF THE DOCK. There is refrigeration, lights and fans for your comfort on the gazebo. You can fish, swim, watch the boats go by or rent your own. There is a hammock and hammock swing for sleeping, reading or just plain relaxing.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a beatiful lake view with deck access. The private master bathroom has a walk-in shower with a jacuzzi bathtub and double sinks. The main level has a very open living space, making it easy to enjoy your company while preparing a meal or just enjoying the gorgeous lake view. If you prefer outside dining, you can try your hand at the grill and enjoy our top-deck lakeview high-dining set. Later in the evening, you can enjoy the seating by the lake or on the bottom-level patio or top-level deck. On cooler nights the lake-side firepit is a perfect way to warm up, or use it to roast marshmellows and make smores!

Why the Owner Chose Mooresville
We chose this property for the year round deep water and pretty view. The gazebo and dock are amazing. It is so nice drinking a cup of coffee in the morning on the gazebo before everyone else awakes, reading a book during the day in the shade with a fan and watching the sun go down in the evening. We have had lots of heart to hearts on the gazebo.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy the nearby restaurants on the water. The children are able to use the jet skis in front of the house with us monitoring them. Jumping from the dock and cooling off in the lake are big enjoyments.

When my husband and I moved to North Carlolina we had 4 small children very active in sports which made it difficult to get away for weekends as one can imagine. With Lake Norman only 50 minutes away we bought a boat to use for day trips. As time went on we realized how nice it would be to have a house and " a dock for the boat." Now we can enjoy the lake for a weekend, a day or just an afternoon and feel as though we have been away for a week. It is close but feels as though it is far away.

We had a great time at this home. Clean,comfortable and relaxing. We were close to everything, restaurants and grocery stores only a few minutes away. We really enjoyed the sunsets from the gazebo!!! Watching the boats on the lake was very relaxing. We would highly recommend this property.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Everything at the home and the outside gathering areas was just as pictured. Home was very clean and extremely comfortable. We had plenty of areas to go to, inside and out. Especially loved the covered gazebo on the lake. Great place to be!

Just returned from an enjoyable weekend in this lovely lakeside home. The house is spotless and comfortable, filled with beach-inspired decor. Seating areas abound, both inside and out, so our group of seven old college friends had plenty of room to spread out with novels when we wanted solitude and ample space to sit together and share old stories. Our visit has prompted several of us to being contemplating retirement to the Lake Norman area!
