This Master's Reserve home is located in a friendly gated community in Lely Resort. The 2003 house is built in the courtyard style, which provides a private apartment for visitors or older children.
The cabana room includes a bedroom, bath and a bar area with sink and refrigerator, overlooking the pool. The main house is beautifully tiled with all of the amenities one needs to enjoy themselves.
The house includes a dining room and kitchen eating area both with beautiful views. The kitchen is open and inviting with Corian counter tops, glass top electric stove, and large pantry.
The master bath has double sinks, a large tub and glass shower area with ample closet space. There are beautiful views overlooking the golf course from the tall windows throughout the kitchen, living room and bedroom.
Lely Resort is close to the Marco Island beaches, as well as Naples.
There are 2 public and one private golf courses in Lely, all located within a short drive from Master's Reserve. The Player's Club, a fitness spa, is within a mile and provides 2 swimming pools, fine dining and internet access. There is a small additional fee to use the facilities during your stay.
Fine dining is available either on Marco Island or in Naples, both 5 or 6 miles away.
Local shopping is very close, as is Interstate 75 for access to the airport or Ft. Myers.
It truly is a beautiful place to vacation and live.
