Skiing is what motivated us to buy this condo. In summer, it is beautiful with Lake Dillon and the bike paths steps from the front door!
Fishing and boating are available on Lake Dillon and summer activities, such as fireworks, concerts, BBQ's are plentiful in Frisco and Dillon.
This unit is a second floor unit that can comfortably sleeps six. It is furnished in a "Mountain" style with upgraded slate floors and new carpeting as well as beautiful decor.
There are two outdoor hot tubes in the center of the complex to soak in after a day of fun in Summit County.
The master bedroom has a queen bed. The guest room has twins that can be made up as a king. There is a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience. The living room has a couch which opens to a queen bed. There are 2 full baths.
