Maximum occupancy is 10 persons."Nestled Inn" is a 7 year old home in a private beachside neighborhood of only 5 homes in the heart of Seagrove Beach, south of Highway 30-A just south of Eastern Lake Road. Our beach is NEVER crowded. Drop dead gorgeous Gulf views from two family rooms, kitchen, dining and 4 of the 5 bedrooms! (3 Kings, 2 Queens) Step from the the first floor living area to a heated private pool, plus splash pool for kids. From the pool area, the Gulf is a 45 second walk via private beach access. 'Nestled Inn' is one row away from Gulf front...close enough to hear and see the surf rolling onto the shore. The privacy in this neighborhood is exceptional.
There are two Gulf side master suites overlooking the pool, both with king size beds. Two bedrooms on the second level, one queen,one king, while the third floor suite is equipped with a queen. The kids will enjoy a separate living area on the second level, fully equipped with 46" HDTV, and DVD Dolby SurroundSound.
The amenities are everything you would expect in a modern beach home, including computer with hi-speed wireless internet access, undercounter kitchen icemaker, and separate stove and gas cooktop. Top of the line cookware and dinnerware.
Seagrove Beach is between Seaside and Rosemary Beach, an area of the Gulf renowed for its beautiful emerald colored water. It is not a highly commercialized area, but water parks and roller coasters are 25 minutes away in Panama City. Seafood markets are close by, as are a half dozen excellent restaurants. Outstanding golf courses include Camp Creek, and Santa Rosa Country Club. The new Watercolor Publix Grocery store is 6 minutes away. Sunday to Sunday rental during summer.

Why the Owner Chose Seawatch
Many of the neighborhoods in Seagrove Beach are quite congested with limited parking, not to mention the crowded beaches. However, our home is located away from the condos and multi family homes, providing extraordinary privacy on the beach.

We stayed at Nestled Inn last summer for a week and my boys did not want to leave! We had concerns because of the oil spill and Gordon was so great to work with. The beaches were pristine and where the house is located its like your own private beach. (I believe the area is shared with 6 houses of so but we never saw anyone.) The kids loved the pool and the dual master bedrooms are great for two families. I would highly recommend...we hope to go back this summer!

We spent a week here this summer and were awed that it was much more than we'd expected. The home was formidable and beautiful, but comfortably furnished. There was plenty of room for everybody. The back yard and pool areas were incredibly relaxing. We hope to return!

This is the perfect beach house! The layout of the house is perfect for two families. The location is great - very private and just a few steps to the beach. The views are great and the house is beautifully decorated. The owner was wonderful to work with from the beginning to the end! I highly recommend this property!

This was an awesome house! The pictures DO NOT do it justice. Our family - 8 adults 4 children all under 5 - had a wonderful stay at this lovely home. The beach area was virtually secluded making it great for everyone! I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great vacation home.

Our family had a great vacation at Nestled Inn. The house is lovely and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the pool as we were there right after hurricane Dennis churned up the beach and water. Lots of room.

We had a lovely stay at Nestled Inn in early May 2005. Our 10 included Grandparents-2, Adult children-4 and grandchildren-4 and all agreed it was the best place we have ever stayed. Over the years, we have vacationed from Okaloosa Island all the way to Seagrove and this was unbeatable. The lovely pool area, quiet beach, well appointed interiors were just perfect. The owners made everything very easy from beginning to end, including questions answered while we were there. We enjoyed every minute of it, and are anxious to return next year.

Our annual trip to the panhandle was just spent in "Nestled Inn" by our group of almost "senior citizens". This wonderful house was enjoyed by all of us from the spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen to the fantastic living areas both indoor and out. The short walk to the beach was just that-short! We really appreciated the owners graciousness in his friendly emails and other correspondence. All of us hope to return to this little slice of "paradise".

What a beautiful home. Our family of 12 spent Christmas 2004 at Nestled Inn and felt like we were at home. Every convenience plus a lot of luxury, like king-sized beds in most bedrooms, pool and spa, great views of the gulf, a short walk to the beach, plus, the best part of all, a beautiful, well-stocked kitchen. The owner was gracious and helpful. We'd recommend this wonderful home to anyone.

This is a fantastic beach house. The layout of the rooms is wonderful for couples or a large family. The location is great - seconds to the beach and views of the water from porches and bedrooms. Great spot for sunset and cocktails. Pool is ideal for dipping. You are truly "nestled inn" for your visit. Interior design decor - very upscale. We love it!!
