Located on the finest beach on Hilton Head Island, our unit offers expansive pool, courtyard and ocean views. Families love the open space of our 5+ acre property, the low density of only 30 units and the easy access to the beach. The large, gently sloped beach is ideal for children and adults. You can walk for miles, build sand castles and play in the surf to your heart's content. Paved bike paths cover the entire Island and bike rental shops deliver and pick up at your door. One hour of free tennis per day is available to our renters at the Van Der Meer Tennis Center (1.5 blocks away). Tennis arrangements and discounts on golf are available through our agent, Seashore Vacations Inc. Some shops and restaurants are within walking distance, while many more are an easy drive.
Our townhouse unit is decorated with a bright airy feel in keeping with the relaxed resort island environment. Windows and glass doors cover the entire two floors facing the courtyard/pool area, providing views across the open courtyard to the ocean. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and bath with tub and shower. The other two bedrooms each include twin beds. One bedroom with attached bath with shower is on the same floor as the master bedroom. The third bedroom is located on the lower floor and is serviced by the bath with shower on the entry level. The living room includes a flat panel HDTV and DVD player. There is a deck immediately off the living room/dining area overlooking the pool and a patio with picnic table and charcoal grill off the lower level. A standard TV with DVD is located in the lower level game room.
