  • This is a perfect rental for a romantic getaway to beautiful Montecito. Within walking distance of great restaurants and the beach. Just a short drive to Santa Barbara. Very private and quiet. Jennifer, the owner, is great! We definitely plan to stay here again.

  • Great location, great property and amenities, but most importantly - Jennifer, the owner. Not only was she understanding and helpful when we had a scheduling issue due to a personal emergency, she also made sure that our stay was pleasant and enjoyable. From furniture to silverware, and the interior design to all the great advices she gave us about the area and places to see, everything spelled a personal touch and care. Highly recommend it - you won't regret renting for a few days or more.
