This ideal condo is located ONE SHORT BLOCK to the sandy beaches of Del Mar, California. Recently remodeled kitchen and master bathroom (2011). The entire condo was painted in 2011. Tastefully furnished in a cottage style. The master bedroom has dramatic walls upolstered in Ralph Lauren fabric, king bed, TV, chest of drawers and private bath.
Guest room has 2 twin beds. Full bath (shower/tub) down the hall.
Linens provided, washing machine & dryer in unit, parking.
The living area has a super comfortable denim sectional (it does not pull out). We feel our condo is a comfortable getaway with nicely appointed furnishings. Our beach home is kid friendly as well! We do provide a wagon, beach chairs & beach towels for your use. The complex has an outdoor beach shower. This is a second floor end unit (stairs and elevator). Very sunny and bright with a view of the Solana Beach Cliffs.
Our condo is located in the Del Mar Beach Colony, it is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops & Del Mar Fairgrounds. Free WiFi in the condo.

Why the Owner Chose Del Mar
I grew up in La Jolla and we started taking our children back to San Diego to enjoy the summer beaches when they were very young. After renting for 7 summers, we purchased our condo. The children are nearly grown now, but we enjoy our time in Del Mar now more than ever.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The ease of walking across the street to the beach or into town really makes this a relaxing place to stay. No getting in the car and finding parking! Sitting on the beach wall and enjoying a glass of wine, watching the sunset is one of my favorite past times.

We stayed last June w/our 2 boys and loved the proximity to the beach and all the beach equipment available. The condo was clean and comfortable, can't wait to go back this summer.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

Needed a place to stay near the Del Mar Fairgrounds for my daughters graduation. Glad I found this condo, has a great location, it's nice & tidy. I would stay again if available on my next visit.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, people with disabilities, families with young children, families with teenagers.
