Ideal property for a family vacation! Located at the base of Dollar Mountain near the Ice Rink and new music Pavilion, this spacious condominium will provide a wonderful home away from home for guests.
Every requirement for a comfortable stay is provided, beginning with a boot rack for skiers in the main entry. Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, bar seating and a formal dining area for six. A plush sectional sofa surrounds the wood burning fireplace and deluxe entertainment center. Summer guests will especially enjoy the balcony with mountain views, gas grill and relaxing lounge chairs.
Near the kitchen, stairs lead up to a partially enclosed loft that has been custom finished for safety and comfort. With two twin beds, a TV/DVD player and toys, this area will please both young guests and their parents.
Downstairs are three guest bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The master suite has a queen size bed, television, private bath and sliding glass doors leading to the lower patio. The second guest room has twin beds (which may be bridged to a King bed) a full bath, television and patio access. The third guest room has a queen bed and a full bathroom with laundry area is nearby by for convenience. Guests will enjoy the on site heated, summer use pool and year round hot tub. To help maintain the beauty of this property, no smoking or pets are allowed.

Why the Owner Chose Sun Valley
I started visiting Sun Valley in the '50's and it is a place that has improved with time. That is not true of most resorts but the owners of Sun Valley has invested millions into making it a truly great year round resort destination. Skiing, skating, fishing, hiking, music, golf, good food and excellent shopping make Sun Valley/Ketchum unique. Even as it has grown Sun Valley has maintained its special character of nice people and great recreation.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We like Snowcreek because it has an excellent on-site manager and a nice pool, hot tub, sauna and clubhouse. Being on the side of Dollar Mountain makes for easy access to the slopes and the Sun Valley Lodge is a 5 minute walk. Having lots of children and grandchildren, we have set up our unit so that all ages can enjoy it.

Nancy and I live in Florida and enjoy our Sun Valley home both winter and summer. We keep the place just as if we were there full time. It is our home and we enjoy sharing it with others who appreciate that fact.
