This unit was completely redone in 2006. Ground floor unit- No stairs to climb or elevator to use in order to get into unit. Granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. Carpeting in the bedrooms and tile throughout everywhere else. TVs in each bedroom plus in the den. Each TV has a DVD player and the guest room also has a VCR. There is free wifi internet access. The front desk has the user name and password in order to sign in to the internet. Washer and dryer in separate utility room inside the unit. Icemaker under the wet bar.
Sliding glass door leads to private sitting area. Several pools and hot tubs. Exercise room on site. Tennis court. Across the street from Walmart-Neighborhood Grocery & Publix grocery stores. Conveniently located between Perdido and Gulf Shores.
Check in time for day of arrival is 3:00pm or after. Check out time on day of departure is 10:00am. Late check out times are subject to additional fees. Mastercard & Visa only. Cleanup fees are $85 standard, $100 one month, $160 two+ months plus tax.
Rentors must be at least 25 years of age.
I run all of my rentals through SeaChase so there are some fees associated with rentals. SeaChase charges a $30 booking fee, 11% lodging tax, cleanup fee, and a $69 insurance charge. Please, please, please check calendar for availabilty before inquiring. I keep the calendar up to date.

We recently stayed here and we were very pleased with the condo. It was absolutely beautiful and stocked with everything we could possibly need. I highly recomend it and plan to stay here again in the future. The property was clean and well maintained. I recommend eating at Bahama Bobs while you are in Orange Beach.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time here. Pics dont do this place justice. There was so much room in the condo, just steps from pools & ocean. If you have little ones, this is the only place to be. Since it is ground floor right next to the pool, we were able to let them nap in the condo and still lay in the sun. We had a wonderful time. Can't wait for next time.
