  This apartment definitely has the " Wow " factor . My husband and I stayed here for three weeks and wished we could have stayed another three ! The bedrooms are spacious and fitted with tasteful furnishings , a huge bonus being each one has its own en-suite bathroom . The lounge area is bright and airy with a beautiful balcony overlooking the inland waterway , we were fortunate to see a family of dolphins up close one morning whilst having an alfresco breakfast ! The kitchen is well equipped with every possible utensil needed to create a gourmet dinner ( if you so wish to cook ) The pool area is well maintained , and the pool itself a decent size for lap swimming .The only quibble I have about this magnificent home concerns the pillows which were discoloured and mis-shapen and hopefully will be replaced for my next eagerly awaited vacation . The owners Larry and Barbra were on hand to make sure we had everything we needed . I would give this beautiful apartment a 5* plus rating and have already reserved my place for next year !!

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  Owner response: The pillows were all replaced last month with new fluffy pillows. Sometimes it just takes a woman's touch.

  This was our first visit to Clearwater Beach and we couldn't have been happier with our condo. It was also the first time we have used VRBO to book our vacation accomodations and it went so smoothly. We came to Clearwater for the white sand. We'll return for the condo. Larry and Barb's place was ideal for our family of six. Three bedrooms...each with its own bathroom. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. The condo was very nicely furnished and decorated and included all the upgrades. It's close enough to walk to the beach but far enough away to avoid all the noise and crowds. We couldn't have been happier! (P.S. It didn't hurt that we had seven days of perfect weather. We even spotted a cloud one day)

  Very nice condo. Great patio with views, small pool to cool off but not large enough for laps and great security. Walking distance to everything but far enough away from the chaos as to only hear the seagulls. Past occupants have left some spices and sweeteners which came in handy. Stop at the Publix on the way in as the unit does not include shampoo and facial tissues. Like most rentals, the cookware and knives are pretty cheap so if you like to cook, think about bringing at least a set of steak knives and an omelette pan. Also, the unit does not have a phone, so make sure you have a cell. I would stay here again!

• Beautiful Condo

  This condo was wonderful. Beautiful kitchen, confortable beds, great patio with views. The security was also better than most condos in the area and it was in a location that was super quiet and only a 10 minute walk to all of the action. We stayed for a week with our four children and had a great time.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

  We stayed in the condo in October 2009 with two other couples and were extremely satisfied. The condo was beautiful and very nicely decorated. The condo was clean and a great view overlooking the internal waterway. Would highly recommend this condo for anyone visiting Clearwater.

  Our "group" were two couples and a single woman. This unit was perfect. We each had our own bedroom, bath and tv! The living and dining rooms were more than spacious for relaxing and enjoying a meal. The views were beautiful. Having a garage added to the comfort. If we ever return to Clear Water we definitely will try to rent here again. It was a great experience!
