Boat Slips - Beautiful Lake Martin Condominium We have great rates!!! This new Northlake Condo Club complex is conveniently located on Hwy 280, just 30 minutes from Auburn. It has two pools, (one with a slide, the other with a whirlpool), an assigned boat slip (boat rental is available at River North Marina across from the complex), a play set for kids and an on-site restaurant. It is also near shopping and restaurants. The on-site boat ramp and assigned boat slip make it easy for you to enjoy boating on beautiful Lake Martin, and once you're done, just park the boat, jump in the pool and have dinner all at one location!!

Season Rates (May 01-Sep 30) ......... $200/night (2 night minimum) .. $1140/week
Holiday (Mem. Day/Jul 04/Labor Day) .. $225/night (3 night minimum)
Winter Rates (Oct 01-Apr 30) ......... $150/night (2 night minimum) .. $900/week
Auburn Football weekends......$200/night (2 night minimum)
Game dates: 8/30 (Holiday), 9/20, 9/27, 10/11, 10/18, 11/8, 11/15
$200 Deposit Required (refundable), $75 Cleaning Fee, 10% Lodging Tax.
