WOW! is what you will say when you see this condo! You now have finally found the condo that you need to rent for your family and friends! When you enter this condo, you will immediately cast your eyes on the incredible view of the ever changing colors of the Gulf of Mexico. You will see an endless stretch of white sandy beach and see guests playing in the water with their families and friends on this pristine beach. You can bring your own lawn chairs for the beach or rent them for that perfect tanning by God's rays of sun. This unit was professionally decorated starting in April of 2008 and will be completed in May 2008. When I tell you that everything has been re-modeled, I mean it! We even provide FREE WiFi!
The snow white sands of our beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are only a few feet away. This unit faces the gulf where you can hear the ocean roars at night from your master suite, the den and kitchen. You can't believe the view from this eighth floor unit. Our patio will be where you will want to be when the sun rises with it's glory and the sun sets to pink, orange and gold colors. You will surely want to photograph it for your memories.
You may want to eat your dinner on the patio or have your first cup of coffee in the mornings here. You can even see the dolphins swimming east in the mornings and swimming westward in the evenings. This unit has been decorated and accessorized with very upscale and high end designer furnishings to make you want to come back year after year. This is not typical for a condo rental unit but we wanted our guests to have the very Best!
The sheets are 300 thread count, designer fabrics for the bedding and the drapes, a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a smooth top stove, microwave over the stove, new dishwasher, refrigerator, new counter tops, cabinets, all new designer furniture, ceiling fans, completely re-painted with designer colors, new hardwood floors in the den and living room area, and all new dishes and pots and pans. We even provide the tea, coffee filters, and spices for you to cook with in this gourmet kitchen. We have custom murals in the den, bedroom and bathroom to match the decor of the rooms. For your comfort, both of the bedrooms are carpeted. There is tile in the kitchen and entry way and in both of the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and it faces the Gulf of Mexico. The other bedroom has twin beds and the designer has put egg crates on the mattress and then another secret layer to the beds. The beds will make you never want to get out of them.
The den has a queen sized sofa sleeper that can accommodate three children. This den also has a brand new 32" LCD high definition flat screen television and the bedrooms both have brand new 19' flat screen televisions. They are mounted on the walls so that you can watch television from your bed. All of the furniture in the entire condo is brand new and is very upscale designer furniture.
The kitchen is well stocked with everything new and it includes a coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, and all the new utensils that you might need to make your own culinary delights. The new designer dining table can accommodate six guests and we also have three bar stools. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer so that you won't have to take those dirty clothes home. We provide a vacuum, ironing board and iron and all of the linens for your stay with us. We have a high speed Internet connection that is free so bring your laptop if you like to brag to your friends about your stay with us.
Does fishing or golf interest you? The brand new state park has just opened up the longest pier in the southeast and it is open 24 hours a day. It has a tackle shop and at the end of the pier you can even clean your fish before you leave. The best place to buy your fishing licence is Walmart and they even have your bait. There are benches all up and down the pier for you to sit while fishing. We have ten great golf courses here that are renowned and the shopping opportunities are outstanding and only a few blocks away. There is a huge outlet mall with 110 stores in it about twenty minutes from our condo. If you like to shop, there are hundreds of boutiques, souvenirs shops, grocery stores, and specialty shops near our condo. The new Wharf complex has a great ferris wheel for the kids, shopping and dinning, and concerts outdoors where famous singers come to perform for us. Many company meeting are held here because of the golf, fishing, and other entertainment opportunities. The Orange Beach area has hundreds of charter captains and fishing boats and the fishing is absolutely superb.
Our condo will make you feel at home even though you are hundreds of miles away from your own. You will see all of the little things that we did for you to make your stay with us that much more fun. Our website description is very accurate. You will feel like our condo was like walking into a close friend's home each evening, which makes for a cozy warm feeling all week long. - We have two tennis courts that are lighted until 11:00 PM for that great game of tennis with your family & friends. We also have a sauna, steam room, & state of art fitness center located in our heated pool area. Snowbirds love this complex and we have a beautiful clubhouse that you can rent for reunions or for your wedding plans. It has everything new and is very beautiful. It includes a full kitchen and restrooms with seating for about 100. Have your wedding on the beach and use our clubhouse for your reception, then honeymoon in our relaxing condo facing the Gulf Of Mexico.

This is a wonderful place for the family.Tthey have a racetrack with small go carts for the kids, put put golf course with a big mountain that explodes every hour, games & snacks inside, & a paintball area.
We have a new Walmart, about a half mile from us with a Public grocery store, Winn Dixie, Dollar General, great places to dine, & lots of neat shopping all in this same area.

We had the chance to stay in John's condo for 19 days. The peace that this condo had was amazing to my husband & myself. We walked into the most beautiful condo that I have ever had the pleasure to stay in during our ten years of coming to Seaside. The beach was so close that we ate most of our meals on John's balcony. The weather was great in March & we plan to go at this time again next year. We loved the way this condo was decorated. The nice stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen, & all kinds of dishes was a great surpise. You don't find this in other Seaside condos. As many have said on John's reviews the beds were so comfortable! We love to fish so my husband & I took deep sea fishing trips, fished at the very close long pier, ate fresh fish at least four times a week & sat by the ocean in our rented chairs. My husband & I are Christians & we could feel the peace & love in this condo. We latter found out that John is a Christian man & so is his family. We loved being so close to shopping, having three pools at the complex, a workout room, & wonderful places to eat. We loved the murials on the walls. They added a special touch to his condo. We hope to come back next year & we will only stay with John. Also the condo was extremely clean. We loved our stay here!!!!

We sent requests out to at least three owners & John was our first one to contact us. This was our first time to the area so he was able to answer every question I had to ask. He also sent me discount coupons for the area that saved us lots of money. This condo was like staying in a world class hotel. They gave us a great gift basket with our lunch packed in it that was so nice & thoughful. We ate our big sweet rolls the next morning on the well appointed comfortable balcony. They even furnished the coffee. We were so impressed from the time we opened the door. We just stood in amazement over how clean, beautiful, & the view from the balcony was why we will come back to this condo over & over. Your prices were the best & we loved all of the beautiful accessories, murials, & bedspreads in this condo. The beds were so nice that I looked at the brand names to try to buy them when we got home. We have never had such nice thick linens & soft sheets in any other condos that we have stayed in before. Your decorator did a wonderful job with your condo. It is everything you say it is on your web site & more. If you can't decide where to stay this condo has EVERYTHING YOU WILL EVER WANT & MORE!

We were so impressed with the beautiful gulf waters. This condo is so close to the beach that you could throw a stick to the water from the balcony. The condo was so beautiful, comfortable, & extremely clean. We drove from Ft. Morgan to Pensacola, Fl & we were so impressed over how beautiful this area is with it's white sand & blue to geen colored waters. We loved relaxing on the balcony that went out from our bedroom or the den. The chairs were very comfortable & we watched the dolphis swim back & forth. We found out that building 3 is the building that is the closest to the beach so we were very happy to be in that building. John, the owner, made sure that we had everything & more for our stay. We want to come back & stay at least a week. We also want to take a deep sea fishing trip, fish from the pier, & take a dolphin cruise. I want to parasail but my husband hasn't been convinced yet. We will be back next year because we have found a place away from home that we love!

This is a beautiful condo & we loved it. We thought we were staying in heaven! The view from the nice size balcony, with great chairs & table, were the best of the best. We found out when we got there that we had probably the nicest condo in the complex. We could see others with their windows open & we were so happy that we choose this condo. John was so great to us & answered all of our questions. This condo was close to Walmart for my daily supplies. Also, the price was VERY good & the owner's are just delightful. We have two teenaged sons & of course they girl watched on the beach & by one of the three pools. We ate at so many places that were within two miles of our condo that were just great. John's beds are incredible & so comfortable & the kitchen had everything a chef would want. Our kids did the para sailing, jet sking, took a boat out on a full day of fishing, went shopping, went to the dolphin cruise, but our time just ran out. We will always stay in John's condo & thank you for providing such a really clean condo! We could even walk barefooted. Can't wait to come again! Rob, Nancy, Adam, Ali

This condo is convenient, beautifully decorated and was a pleasure to stay here all week! This was the most wonderful vacation we have had, in a long time. My two teenage boys loved being right on the beach, and being able to watch the beach from the direct view balcony. We were comfortable and all beds were better than what we had at home. It was so sad to pack up and leave. Also, reasonably priced and very close to Winn Dixie, Publix and Walmart, that we visited every day, since I couldnt fill up the boy's stomachs fast enough. ( Must have been the pure sea air) The beach service young man was helpful and respectful. He checked on us 4-5 times a day, to make sure the umbrella was shading us just right,and moved it to maximize our shade. This service was also reasonably priced. . I will definitely make sure everyone I know hears of this great experience. Highly recommended for any families or couples! LOVED IT!

This condo is a wonderful two bedroom condo. It had Twin beds in one bedroom and a KING size bed in the master (the master bedroom had sliding glass does going out on the balcony with a great view of the ocean. I would recommend it to anyone. We had a GREAT time just didn't get to stay long enough.

My family took a last minute spring break trip to the beach on April 10-12. SO SO glad we did!! The beach was perfect, the condo was perfect, EVERYTHING perfect!! I only wish we could have stayed longer. We had the wonderful opportunity of meeting Ms. Candy. She is such a sweet person and was very helpful! thanks again for a great little getaway!!

We wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had at the condo & Orange Beach. The sand was so white and the weather was so great! Your condo was beautifully decorated just like the pictures on VRBO. We went to the battleship Memorial in Mobile, Ft. Morgan, and took a dolphin tour in the gulf. But most of the time we just enjoyed the beach. Thanks you for everything!

What a view!! We watched the dophlins in the morning from the balcony. The beach was white, and never too crowded (in July). The condo was everything it was described to be. The owners were wonderful. We had a great time touring the USS Alabama in Mobile, and taking a dolphin tour with our two teenagers. We would love to go back to Orange Beach!

WOW! This unit was amazing! My family and I spent a week in June enjoying the beach and the wonderful accomodations. Everything in the condo was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. This was our third trip to Orange Beach and the best so far. We will be back for sure!
