You now have finally found the condo that you need to rent for your family and friends! When you enter this condo, you will immediately cast your eyes on the incredible view of the ever changing colors of the Gulf of Mexico. You will see an endless stretch of white sandy beach and see guests playing in the water with their families and friends on this pristine beach. You can bring your own lawn chairs for the beach or rent them for that perfect tanning by God's rays of sun. This unit was professionally decorated starting in April of 2008 and will be completed in May 2008. When I tell you that everything has been re-modeled, I mean it! We even provide FREE WiFi!

The snow white sands of our beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico are only a few feet away. This unit faces the gulf where you can hear the ocean roars at night from your master suite, the den and kitchen. You can't believe the view from this eighth floor unit. Our patio will be where you will want to be when the sun rises with it's glory and the sun sets to pink, orange and gold colors. You will surely want to photograph it for your memories.

You may want to eat your dinner on the patio or have your first cup of coffee in the mornings here. You can even see the dolphins swimming east in the mornings and swimming westward in the evenings. This unit has been decorated and accessorized with very upscale and high end designer furnishings to make you want to come back year after year. This is not typical for a condo rental unit but we wanted our guests to have the very Best!

The sheets are 300 thread count, designer fabrics for the bedding and the drapes, a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a smooth top stove, microwave over the stove, new dishwasher, refrigerator, new counter tops, cabinets, all new designer furniture, ceiling fans, completely re-painted with designer colors, new hardwood floors in the den and living room area, and all new dishes and pots and pans. We even provide the tea, coffee filters, and spices for you to cook with in this gourmet kitchen. We have custom murals in the den, bedroom and bathroom to match the decor of the rooms. For your comfort, both of the bedrooms are carpeted. There is tile in the kitchen and entry way and in both of the bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and it faces the Gulf of Mexico. The other bedroom has twin beds and the designer has put egg crates on the mattress and then another secret layer to the beds. The beds will make you never want to get out of them.

The den has a queen sized sofa sleeper that can accommodate three children. This den also has a brand new 32" LCD high definition flat screen television and the bedrooms both have brand new 19' flat screen televisions. They are mounted on the walls so that you can watch television from your bed. All of the furniture in the entire condo is brand new and is very upscale designer furniture.

The kitchen is well stocked with everything new and it includes a coffee maker, blender, electric can opener, and all the new utensils that you might need to make your own culinary delights. The new designer dining table can accommodate six guests and we also have three bar stools. For your convenience, we have a washer and dryer so that you won't have to take those dirty clothes home. We provide a vacuum, ironing board and iron and all of the linens for your stay with us. We have a high speed Internet connection that is free so bring your laptop if you like to brag to your friends about your stay with us.

Does fishing or golf interest you? The brand new state park has just opened up the longest pier in the southeast and it is open 24 hours a day. It has a tackle shop and at the end of the pier you can even clean your fish before you leave. The best place to buy your fishing licence is Walmart and they even have your bait. There are benches all up and down the pier for you to sit while fishing. We have ten great golf courses here that are renowned and the shopping opportunities are outstanding and only a few blocks away. There is a huge outlet mall with 110 stores in it about twenty minutes from our condo. If you like to shop, there are hundreds of boutiques, souvenirs shops, grocery stores, and specialty shops near our condo. The new Wharf complex has a great ferris wheel for the kids, shopping and dinning, and concerts outdoors where famous singers come to perform for us. Many company meeting are held here because of the golf, fishing, and other entertainment opportunities. The Orange Beach area has hundreds of charter captains and fishing boats and the fishing is absolutely superb.

Our condo will make you feel at home even though you are hundreds of miles away from your own. You will see all of the little things that we did for you to make your stay with us that much more fun. Our website description is very accurate. You will feel like our condo was like walking into a close friend's home each evening, which makes for a cozy warm feeling all week long. This decorator made sure that your stay with us would be made of memories to last a life time for your family and friends. We also have a sauna, steam room, & state of art fitness center located in our heated pool area. Snowbirds love this complex and we have a beautiful clubhouse that you can rent for reunions or for your wedding plans. It has everything new and is very beautiful. It includes a full kitchen and restrooms with seating for about 100. Have your wedding on the beach and use our clubhouse for your reception, then honeymoon in our relaxing condo facing the Gulf Of Mexico.

  • We wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had at the condo & Orange Beach. The sand was so white and the weather was so great! Your condo was beautifully decorated just like the pictures on VRBO. We went to the battleship Memorial in Mobile, Ft. Morgan, and took a dolphin tour in the gulf. But most of the time we just enjoyed the beach. Thanks you for everything!

  • What a view!! We watched the dophlins in the morning from the balcony. The beach was white, and never too crowded (in July). The condo was everything it was described to be. The owners were wonderful. We had a great time touring the USS Alabama in Mobile, and taking a dolphin tour with our two teenagers. We would love to go back to Orange Beach!

  • WOW! This unit was amazing! My family and I spent a week in June enjoying the beach and the wonderful accomodations. Everything in the condo was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. This was our third trip to Orange Beach and the best so far. We will be back for sure!

  • What a BEAUTIFUL condo! We have stayed at various condos at Seaside Beach Racquet Club for the past twenty years and this unit was by far the nicest! The Butlers are the greatest-we received a wonderful gift basket from a place at the Wharf compliments of the Butlers. It was full of wonderful food which just added to the fun of our vacation! The condo was very reasonably priced, I had really shopped around. Believe me, we have found the condo for all our future beach trips!

  • We stayed in this condo in May 2009. It was great!! My children, ages 4 and 7 had a blast!! All throughout the trip they kept saying, "This place is really clean." The view is amazing and the property was very well kept. The pool was always neat and clean. There are chairs and umbrellas to rent on the beach front and the staff there is very pleasant. Everyone we encountered in Orange Beach was very friendly. We had the pleasure of meeting Candy and Greer and they were so hospitable, offering their opinions on local attractions and restaurants. Our stay was completely positive. We have stayed in five-star complexes and I would say this unit is comparable. We all had a blast!!

  • I stayed in the condo with my two sons (11 & 12) and my husband for spring break. It is one of the nicest condos in the complex! The upgraded appliances, countertops and televisions make it much more like my home. It was really nice having all of the condiments in the condo when we arrived. That really helped on grocery shopping. It was also very nice not having to pick up and drop off the keys at a property management site!! It's the little things that make this condo worth coming back.

  • I ask you to rent this unit from my sister in Christ, Candy. Unit 3803 is a five star 2 bedroom unit directly on the Gulf. The view from the balcony is amazing, you can see for miles up the shoreline. The decor is second to none with plush furnishings, a hand painted mural on the wall that gives it a beachy feel. The beds are comfortable and tv's all flat screens. The kitchen has all the bells and whistles needed to cook if you really want to. There is just a peacefulness about this unit that is relaxing. We spent April 4-9,2009 there and hope to return soon. The weather turned off cool but we were able enjoy the indoor pool and sauna. The outside pools were clean and inviting but the water was cold.   • Our family had a family re-union in Orange Beach. We choose this unit because of how nice Mrs. Butler was when she called us and E-mailed us. The unit was like staying in the most plush resort. The condo was decorated to the hilt. They provided everything such as all cooking seasonings, foil wrap, toilet paper, and all paper products, and all we had to bring was our laundry detergent. This alone saved us about $50.00. We were given a beautiful gift basket that had our lunchg provided for us and the best sweet rolls I have ever eaten. The beds were just incredibile to sleep in. The view from our condo was the full beach and it was like nothing I have ever seen. The condo is exactly like it is described and my other relatives that stayed there in other units in this complex were just green with envy. We had the nicest unit out of twelve condos that were rented. Everything in this condo is very upscale just as it says. It was close to all of the major shopping and places to eat. When we come to Seaside again we will always stay in 3803. It was the best vacation we have ever had thanks to being able to rent this increadable condo. If you are looking at several condos I would tell you to choose this one as it is just like the write up said and is a definate 5 Star experience! Jan

  • We stayed in this condo in June 2008 for 7 nights. Everything was absolutely wonderful. It is beautifully decorated and has everything that you need for a great stay. We have a 5 yr. old and a 2 yr. old, and the accommodations were fine with children. We even had the chance to meet Candy and Greer. They are wonderful people to deal with. We are looking forward to hopefully staying again next year!!!I can't wait!
