Our family spent 4 nights in this beautifully decorated, wonderfully stocked condo. It was spacioius, comfortable, and the beds (all of them) were dreamy. It was the first time in a very long time that we slept better away from home than at home. It had every appliance, utensils, cookware that you would need and even had items stocked in the cabinets (flour, salt, pepper, spices, to name a few) that you hate to have to purchase for a short visit. It was so convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment that we took total advantage of. Even though the weather wasn't 100% cooperative the entire time, we got plenty of sun, swimming, sand and relaxation. We will definitely stay here again. The first thing my husband said after we got into the condo was, "is this one for sale? We need to buy it!" Thank you John for an incredible stay at an amazing home away from home.

We were so impressed with the beautiful gulf waters. This condo is so close to the beach that you could throw a stick to the water from the balcony. The condo was so beautiful, comfortable, & extremely clean. We drove from Ft. Morgan to Pensacola, Fl & we were so impressed over how beautiful this area is with it's white sand & blue to geen colored waters. We loved relaxing on the balcony that went out from our bedroom or the den. The chairs were very comfortable & we watched the dolphis swim back & forth. We found out that building 3 is the building that is the closest to the beach so we were very happy to be in that building. John, the owner, made sure that we had everything & more for our stay. We want to come back & stay at least a week. We also want to take a deep sea fishing trip, fish from the pier, & take a dolphin cruise. I want to parasail but my husband hasn't been convinced yet. We will be back next year because we have found a place away from home that we love!

This was our first time to Orange Beach and we loved it! And we loved this condo, too! It was everything stated in the listing. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the people and enjoying the beautiful gulf waters. It was close to many great restaurants, shopping and the wonderful pier. We will try our luck at fishing when re return. And yes, we are hoping to come back in 2012 and stay in this lovely condo again!

Majastic View of the Beach!!!!

This is a beautiful condo & we loved it. We thought we were staying in heaven! The view from the nice size balcony, with great chairs & table, were the best of the best. We found out when we got there that we had probably the nicest condo in the complex. We could see others with their windows open & we were so happy that we choose this condo. John was so great to us & answered all of our questions. This condo was close to Walmart for my daily supplies. Also, the price was VERY good & the owner's are just delightful. We have two teenaged sons & of course they girl watched on the beach & by one of the three pools. We ate at so many places that were within two miles of our condo that were just great. John's beds are incredible & so comfortable & the kitchen had everything a chef would want. Our kids did the para sailing, jet sking, took a boat out on a full day of fishing, went shopping, went to the dolphin cruise, but our time just ran out. We will always stay in John's condo & thank you for providing such a really clean condo! We could even walk barefooted. Can't wait to come again! Rob, Nancy, Adam, Ali

This condo is convenient, beautifully decorated and was a pleasure to stay here all week! This was the most wonderful vacation we have had, in a long time. My two teenage boys loved being right on the beach, and being able to watch the beach from the direct view balcony. We were comfortable and all beds were better than what we had at home. It was so sad to pack up and leave. Also, reasonably priced and very close to Winn Dixie, Publix and Walmart, that we visited every day, since I couldnt fill up the boy's stomachs fast enough. ( Must have been the pure sea air) The beach service young man was helpful and respectful. He checked on us 4-5 times a day, to make sure the umbrella was shading us just right,and moved it to maximize our shade. This service was also reasonably priced. . I will definitely make sure everyone I know hears of this great experience. Highly recommended for any families or couples! LOVED IT!

We remodeled our condo severa years ago & the interior designer did a great job for us. We have purchased very special matresses for our condo because we know how important that is to our guest to have the best to sleep the night away. We also have the best cleaning service on the beach so our condo is always spotless. We sent requests out to at least three owners & John was our first one to contact us. This was our first time to the area so he was able to answer every question I had to ask. He also sent me discount coupons for the area that saved us lots of money. This condo was like staying in a world class hotel. They gave us a great gift basket with our lunch packed in it that was so nice & thoughful. We ate our big sweet rolls the next morning on the well appointed comfortable balcony. They even furnished the coffee. We were so impressed from the time we opened the door. We just stood in amazement over how clean, beautiful, & the view from the balcony was why we will come back to this condo over & over. Your prices were the best & we loved all of the beautiful accessories, murials, & bedspreads in this condo. The beds were so nice that I looked at the brand names to try to buy them when we got home. We have never had such nice thick linens & soft sheets in any other condos that we have stayed in before. Your decorator did a wonderful job with your condo. It is everything you say it is on your web site & more. If you can't decide where to stay this condo has EVERYTHING YOU WILL EVER WANT & MORE!

This condo is a wonderful two bedroom condo. It had Twin beds in one bedroom and a KING size bed in the master (the master bedroom had sliding glass does going out on the balcony with a great view of the ocean. I would recommend it to anyone. We had a GREAT time just didn't get to stay long enough.

We had the chance to stay in John's condo for 19 days. The peace that this condo had was amazing to my husband & myself. We walked into the most beautiful condo that I have ever had the pleasure to stay in during our ten years of coming to Seaside. The beach was so close that we ate most of our meals on John's balcony. The weather was great in March & we plan to go at this time again next year. We loved the way this condo was decorated. The nice stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in the kitchen, & all kinds of dishes was a great surpise. You don't find this in other Seaside condos. As many have said on John's reviews the beds were so comfortable! We love to fish so my husband & I took deep sea fishing trips, fished at the very close long pier, ate fresh fish at least four times a week & sat by the ocean in our rented chairs. My husband & I are Christians & we could feel the peace & love in this condo. We latter found out that John is a Christian man & so is his family. We loved being so close to shopping, having three pools at the complex, a workout room, & wonderful places to eat. We loved the murials on the walls. They added a special touch to his condo. We hope to come back next year & we will only stay with John. Also the condo was extremely clean. We loved our stay here!!!!

My family took a last minute spring break trip to the beach on April 10-12. SO SO glad we did!! The beach was perfect, the condo was perfect, EVERYTHING perfect!! I only wish we could have stayed longer. We had the wonderful opportunity of meeting Ms. Candy. She is such a sweet person and was very helpful! thanks again for a great little getaway!!

We wanted you to know what a wonderful time we had at the condo & Orange Beach. The sand was so white and the weather was so great! Your condo was beautifully decorated just like the pictures on VRBO. We went to the battleship Memorial in Mobile, Ft. Morgan, and took a dolphin tour in the gulf. But most of the time we just enjoyed the beach. Thanks you for everything!

What a view!! We watched the dophlins in the morning from the balcony. The beach was white, and never too crowded (in July). The condo was everything it was described to be. The owners were wonderful. We had a great time touring the USS Alabama in Mobile, and taking a dolphin tour with our two teenagers. We would love to go back to Orange Beach!

WOW! This unit was amazing! My family and I spent a week in June enjoying the beach and the wonderful accomodations. Everything in the condo was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. This was our third trip to Orange Beach and the best so far. We will be back for sure!

What a BEAUTIFUL condo! We have stayed at various condos at Seaside Beach Racquet Club for the past twenty years and this unit was by far the nicest! The Butlers are the greatest-we received a wonderful gift basket from a place at the Wharf compliments of the Butlers. It was full of wonderful food which just added to the fun of our vacation! The condo was very reasonably priced, I had really shopped around. Believe me, we have found the condo for all our future beach trips!

We stayed in this condo in May 2009. It was great!! My children, ages 4 and 7 had a blast!! All throughout the trip they kept saying, "This place is really clean." The view is amazing and the property was very well kept. The pool was always neat and clean. There are chairs and umbrellas to rent on the beach front and the staff there is very pleasant. Everyone we encountered in Orange Beach was very friendly. We had the pleasure of meeting Candy and Greer and they were so hospitable, offering their opinions on local attractions and restaurants. Our stay was completely positive. We have stayed in five-star complexes and I would say this unit is comparable. We all had a blast!!

I stayed in the condo with my two sons (11 & 12) and my husband for spring break. It is one of the nicest condos in the complex! The upgraded appliances, countertops and televisions make it much more like my home. It was really nice having all of the condiments in the condo when we arrived. That really helped on grocery shopping. It was also very nice not having to pick up and drop off the keys at a property management site!! It's the little things that make this condo worth coming back.

I ask you to rent this unit from my sister in Christ, Candy. Unit 3803 is a five star 2 bedroom unit directly on the Gulf. The view from the balcony is amazing, you can see for miles up the shoreline. The decor is second to none with plush furnishings, a hand painted mural on the wall that gives it a beachy feel. The beds are comfortable and tv's all flat screens. The kitchen has all the bells and whistles needed to cook if you really want to. There is just a peacefulness about this unit that is relaxing. We spent April 4-9,2009 there and hope to return soon. The weather turned off cool but we were able enjoy the indoor pool and sauna. The outside pools were clean and inviting but the water was cold. Our family had a family re-union in Orange Beach. We choose this unit because of how nice Mrs. Butler was when she called us and E-mailed us. The unit was like staying in the most plush resort. The condo was decorated to the hilt. They provided everything such as all cooking seasonings, foil wrap, toilet paper, and all paper products, and all we had to bring was our laundry detergent. This alone saved us about $50.00. We were given a beautiful gift basket that had our lunchg provided for us and the best sweet rolls I have ever eaten. The beds were just incredibile to sleep in. The view from our condo was the full beach and it was like nothing I have ever seen. The condo is exactly like it is described and my other relatives that stayed there in other units in this complex were just green with envy. We had the nicest unit out of twelve condos that were rented. Everything in this condo is very upscale just as it says. It was close to all of the major shopping and places to eat. When we come to Seaside again we will always stay in 3803. It was the best vacation we have ever had thanks to being able to rent this increadable condo. If you are looking at several condos I would tell you to choose this one as it is just like the write up said and is a definate 5 Star experience! Jan

We stayed in this condo in June 2008 for 7 nights. Everything was absolutely wonderful. It is beautifully decorated and has everything that you need for a great stay. We have a 5 yr. old and a 2 yr. old, and the accommodations were fine with children. We even had the chance to meet Candy and Greer. They are wonderful people to deal with. We are looking forward to hopefully staying again next year!!!I can't wait!

We just got back from our vacation, and we loved the condo. The decorating was beautiful, beachy but not cutesy, the furniture is really new and comfortable, and of course the views from the huge 8th floor balcony are wonderful. I would lie in bed in the morning and watch dolphins swim by. But the best part is the owners. We arrived to find plates of homemade cinnamon rolls and cookies, a sliced ham, chips, and our favorite soda. The air conditioning went out on July 4, and they had a guy in the condo fixing it while we watched fireworks from the balcony. They are wonderful hosts. Please rent!

We spent 4 days at this Seaspray unit and the description of the condo was right on the money. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were amazingly soft, and the view could not be beat. It was just the right size for us, not too big, not too small, and conveniently located to area attractions. If you like Orange Beach, this is a great place to stay. We highly recommend it. Jane
