This three level home is great for two families, with two complete and separate living areas. Lush landscape surrounds the home, with lighted pathways leading to a private pool, hot tub, sandy white beach and two level dock.
You also can enjoy the awesome big water view to the east. The home itself has a pleasant atmosphere with earth tones and floors covered in wood, stone and carpet. the upper level kitchen has a large table, can seat up to 12.
There is a screened in porch with a gas grill, fireplace and flat screen TV. Also, there are 3 bedrooms, full bath and living room on this level. The bottom level has a full kitchen, bath, 1 bedroom and large living room with gas fireplace. This area leads out to pool.
The top floor has a loft with full bath and across the catwalk is a private master suite and deck. It's truly a bit of paradise.
Also willing to trade for time at the beach anywhere, Wyoming, Colorado or Lake Tahoe. This property is set up perfectly for small prviate weddings and corporate retreats.

We are a family of four and this was our permanant residence up until about a year and half ago. We live on our farm about 5 miles up the road from this property. We really enjoy coming back and just hanging out when we find time in our busy lives.
