This unit is a HUGE 1505 sq ft on the 11th floor with a 335 sq ft balcony. Both bedrooms and the family room have a stunning view facing the Gulf Of Mexico. The balcony can be accessed by both bedrooms and the family room. This is a corner unit WINDSONG floor plan.
This unit is beautifully decorated and has all the comforts of home. The unit has LCD TV's & DVD's in each room, surround sound stereo system in family room, washer & dryer, pots & pans for cooking, coffee maker.
Splash has 3 huge pools, 2 are heated seasonally, lazy river, enclosed toddler play area and a awesome water play ground for kids with water slides, water canons.
Dive-in movie theater and the famous HUGE SPLASH BUCKET THAT DUMPS HUNDREDS OF GALLONS OF WATER ONTO THE KIDS, they will have a blast while you relax in the sun or at the pool bar & grill.
Splash also has a Arcade with a Mini Bowling alley and nicely equipment gym. There is a beach supply/ convenient store and a ice cream shop on the first floor of the parking deck.
Splash is conveniently located near Pier Park. Pier Park offers shops, resturants, and entertainment. No matter what you are looking for, you will most likely find it at SPLASH!

We rent only to adults that are at least 25 years old and he/she must occupy the room for the duration of rental period.

State, county, and city taxes are included in rates. Cleaning fees =$85 and are included in rate
Security Deposit of $300 is required on all rentals and will be refunded with-in 14 days of departure date if there is no problems.
Cancelation policy:
Reservations must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival for full refund of deposit. Any cancellation with-in the 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the entire RENTAL FEE.
Payment for accommodations must be received 30 days prior to arrival.

The Splash condo was clean, well furnished, and had comfortable furniture. Great views off the balcony from both bedrooms. PCB was in a bit of a cold spell while we were down there, so didn't use the Splash pools too much, but the ocean and beach were warm enough to use and the hot tub was nice to warm up in before going to back to the condo. Natalie and Allan were very easy to work with and I would definitely rent from them again.

This condo was perfect! Loved the decor and was very clean. Would highly recommend staying at this location to anyone and would definitely stay there again myself. I really miss the beautiful view that I woke up to everyday is was amazing, my family and I thank you for sharing your condo and making our vacation one that we will always remember.

Natalie and Allan, Thank you for letting us stay in your condo at Splash. We had a terrrific time. Your unit was perfect for us and was well-maintained and clean.. a quality that is extremely important to us. The kids had fun in all the pools and loved the arcade. Splash itself, was a cool environment and the maintenance people kept it clean. They were also checking for armbands on a regular basis. Natalie and Allan were easy to work with and provide us all information in a timely manner. Thank you for making our vacation wonderful.

we stayed over easter week in 2009 the unit was very nice and well equipped with everything we needed. the kids loved the pools but spent most of the day at the beach. there is plenty of shopping and res. with in a couple of miles. the views from the balconies were outstanding, we often saw dolphins.it was nice to be at a little quieter section of the beach. we would highly rec. splash and the unit.

Hey I just wanted to let everyone know what a great time me and my family have had staying at Splash. Summer of 2007 we stayed for the whole summer and had such a great time and made so many memories that will stay with us forever. My 7 yr old son had a blast learning how to skim board along the surf as my 9 yr old daughter made many friends as they built sand castles on the beach, and me and my wife soaked up the sun as we read books and watched them play. We look forward to hearing about the memories your family will make as you stay at Splash. I can't think of a better place to HAVE FUN! GOD BLESS YOU AND BE SAFE
