  I ve heard about Splash before but i had never imagined how beautiful and unique this resort was. The location? Paradise. The Condo? Elegant and Highrise. The Service and Rental Company? Outstanding. I also want to mention how clean was our room. I really like the decoration, feels like home. Very comfortable beds and couch. Nice and huge balcony.Tubs are clean and most importantly, the unit has washer and dryer. I would recommend this place for everyone.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

  Our parents booked this condo as a honeymoon gift for us. How sweet, right? What a wonderful gift it turned out to be! Our condo, located at Splash in Panama City Beach, was very spacious, very clean, and fully equipped (not that I cooked on my honeymoon)) The perk: our condo was located on high floor and faced the gulf! The ocean view is one of a kind! This place will be in our memory forever as a place where we had such an amazing, sweet time, just two of us. My husband proposed that we make it an anniversary habit to come here, at this particular condo, and create more memories along the way

  My family all met at Splash to welcome my husband home from Iraq for his two week R&R. We could not have had a better time. We arrived in May and everything was perfect. Our unit was beautiful, so roomy and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The pools were very nice and clean and the children's pool area was fun but the water was cold. Everyone we came in contact with that worked for Splash was courteous and friendly and all questions were answered and very helpful. Splash is down the beach away from all the noise and hustle and bustle but just minutes from everything we wanted to do. I highly recommend Sterling's resort Splash!

  We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath, with a bunk bed in the hall, and a pull out couch, so everyone was happy with the sleeping arrangements (something I also couldn’t get anywhere else for this price). Being on the higher floor, we had a wonderful view of the ocean from our spacious deck in all directions. There were sliding glass doors to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom. The room had free local calls, which you don’t see much anymore and also had free wired high speed internet. The condo had large bedrooms with walk-in closets. The master bedroom had a wheel chair accessible shower and a large tub. The kitchen is amazing. Lovely unit. And if you have young children, like we have, there is truly no better place to stay! The pools are fantastic!

  This two bedroom unit is definately will be added to my favorites list. Unique decoration, condo is so clean and spotless. Very family oriented resort with water activities for children of all ages. The beach was awesome and the water crystal clear! Kids loved the mini water park. If you do your own cooking there is an excellent Winn-Dixie just down the street and a marvelous outdoor mall-Pier Park with a super Target.

  Beautiful condo and adored the decor. Very updated and efficient. Easy access to the beach. We didn't like that we didn't have free local calling or WiFi. At the price we paid, internet should be included. Not to mention that as soon as we got there we had to go shopping for toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps. We also had to wash towels and washclothes every night because there was such a limited amount. The kids did love the mini waterpark. There is also not enough elevators in the building during check in and check out times. Overall, the condo was great and the staff was pleasant. It seemed to be one of the nicer hotels in that area.
