Bayside at Bethany Lakes, a Toll Brothers Resort Community on the Indian River Bay, is conveniently located near Rehobeth, Dewey Beach and Ocean City, Maryland.
Bethany Beach is a great family oriented beach community. The Beautiful Delaware seaside beaches are just one and half miles easily accessible by the beach shuttle that runs daily during the Summer months. Great golf is two miles away at Bear Trap Dunes that features 27 holes designed by Don Jacobson.
All reservations require a $250 Security Deposit. Upon receipt of reservation request, we will forward a Lodging Agreement for your signature. The Signed lodging agreement, $250 Security Deposit and 50% of the rent is due within 10 days. The balance of the rent is due 30 days prior to your start date. Two night minimum during the off season (September 15-May l5.)

What a great place to stay!

My family (wife and 2children), stayed here during July and we couldn't have been happier. The townhouse is every bit as nice as advertised and was big enough to comfortably handle the 7 suggested. The location is close to the beach with a grocery store in close proximity. The clubhouse, (and 2 pools), was clean, well appointed and a great place to spend a lazy afternoon. We have stayed in many places in Bethany and this was superior to all of them. Highest recommendation!
Recommended for:Age 55+, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
