So you're looking for a place to stay at Lake of the Ozarks. You've decided that your condo should be clean, comfortable and priced "right". We can help. Don't you NEED a vacation? Then, check us out!
What's the difference in condos? If you can see the water, you're golden, right? Wrong. There's more to picking the right condo than just the main channel. You want fun, water, and the convenience of not having to drive your stuff all over the complex.
Our condo overlooks the swimming pool and then the lake. Walk from the pool over to the swim/fishing platform (in view from the pool). The entrance is down stairs to an end-unit entrance (away from parking and car noise). Unit is in a cove so you're not constantly hearing race boats at all hours (as much.)
Call your family from the pool to dinner cooked on our full size gas grill or drive a short distance to great restaurants near the Lodge of Four Seasons resort or in Osage Beach area. The Horseshoe Bend part of the lake is a great place to stay!
Rest easy. We put a pillow-top KING bed in master bedroom and a pillow-top QUEEN bed in 2nd bedroom. You can even use the queen convertible sofa bed in living area. You have a full kitchen with all the necessities for the chef in you. And, you have separate bathrooms; one for each bedroom so you don't have to wait for someone to take their shower.
Work AND Play at the lake. Connect to the Internet via our WiFi. Connections are provided to recharge your iPod and a power strip to charge your cell phone and other portable electronic devices that you can't live without; even at the lake.
There's a color printer so bring your laptop or use our desktop computer. We include HDTV channels and 2 premium channel groups (HBO/Cinemax) so kick back and watch some sports, movies, Disney, or Discovery Channel! If you bring a game console, there are connections on all TV's.
If you need a slip for a boat or PWC, we can recommend some rental options on the property or nearby.

Why the Owner Chose Horseshoebend
We love escaping to the Lake. We believe you will too! Regatta Bay is a well established, great location and well maintained property. Horseshoe Bend is a great area of the lake, kind-of in the middle of the water traffic. This property is near great restaurants and Osage Beach shopping.
We have personal reasons why we bought our condo (family in St. Louis) but it has been better than imagined because we have family that meets us there. (See VRBO listing 122220 to see their luxury condo for rent.)
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy boating at the lake. You can fish from the docks or find a quiet cove. The warm days start earlier and end later than they do in Colorado. We've created both a work and a play environment by adding a good work space (with a large desk, Wi-Fi and HDTV) and good play space overlooking the lake and the swimming pool. When we come to the lake, we come for more than just a weekend! It's amazingly quiet during the week; even in summer!

High above the rest, you can see fireworks from multiple directions. There's also a Gazebo in case you get caught in the rain. Leave your car parked and head up the hill to the main office and walk

This was a fantastic getaway site! The condo, which is ideally located, had upscale furnishings, beds, sofas and patio furniture and was well-stocked with just about anything one could need as well as being spotless and perfectly maintained. I was also impressed with the owner; he was prompt in responding to my e-mails as we needed to book the dates quickly. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a spot at the lake and I will be looking to stay here again the next time I come back!

WOW...what a comfortable, well-decorated, cozy lake front property that you immediately feel right at home upon arrival! From the excellent communication and ease of booking, to the extra furnishings available in the condo, to the fabulous location on Horseshoe Bend we were very pleased with our vacation! Thanks for making our get away so great...we will definately be returning!

My girlfriends and I rented this condo for a girl's weekend over Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect. Great location, close to shops, restaurants and bars. We were able to go running in the AM on the trail along the main road. It was fully stocked with all of our needs and wants thought about. Larry & Rita are great! We will definitely be renting from them again.

Great place for a great price. Comfortable, clean and well-decorated condo. Very short walk to both pools at the complex. Nice screen room overlooking pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. Owner very helpful with directions, condo instructions and responsive to questions.

Perfect condo in a great location. Easy access to both pools & the lake. Very clean and nicely maintained. The kitchen is well stocked & the grill worked great. Would highly recommend & hope to come again soon.

Very clean and comfortable condo. Close access to pool. Decor was very nice, my wife really loved it! The master bed is one of the most comfoftable I've ever slept on! Great after a long day on the Lake, pool, or playing golf. I will make a return stay and would recommend it to friends and relatives.

We really loved our time at Larry and Rita's Regatta Bay Condo. The close proximity to the pool was really nice for our children (and we really appreciated that the pool "quiet hours" were respected at night). Larry and Rita were so kind to offer suggestions for activities. We loved leasing from them! Their condo is wonderful and equipped with everything you need for a terrific stay!

We have stayed in this unit several times, even during the winter just to get away. Accommodations are great!! It's the closest unit to the lower pool, boat and docks. It's on the 12 mile marker - close to everything. I love being near the mall and all the restaurants. Bruce has caught some very large fish - bass, catfish and crappie.
